”Great location: everything is within a walking distance, parking lots nearby, grocery store nearby, mall and large sport store less than 1,5km away. Also the accommodation is in a quite quiet street. The staff is super and always so helpful. Lovely breakfast basket waiting at the room door every morning.”

”Property is well located however the room we had was full of mold. The shared kitchen was dirty and the living room also had mold on the walls.
We tried to get a different room since we were staying there for 7 nights. Only after 4 days did they tell us that they would allow us to cancel for the remainder of our stay and give us the money back. Unfortunately since it was last minute we could not find anything reasonable and had not choice but to stay. Disappointing that guestready did not...

”Good accommodation in the centre of Ponta Delgada: Spacious room in the centre of Ponta Delgada. Lots of noise from the street. If you’re a light sleeper, you’ll find it hard to get to sleep. It’s really annoying having cars driving past all the time.”

”Room is clean and has enough space and all the necessary facilities needed. The bed is large and the ceiling is high. I also like the shower. This property has a kitchen and common element which is also very nice. Only downside would be that the surrounding environment is noisy as probably my room is facing the street. There’re noises like people talking or loud music until midnight or even later.”

10/10 Loistava
This was our first hotel on our Saõ Miguel trip and I can tell you that there aren’t many places like this! The whole property was very well maintained and room was stunning! The breakfast was one the best I’ve ever had with many local products and we just adored the whole colorful interior and the breathtaking garden.
But what really made our stay unforgettable was Miriam and the whole staff who were the most friendliest and sweetest people ❤️
We will be back!
Robin
