Situated just a 5-minute drive from the nearest supermarket and the charming town of São Vicente, local amenities are within easy reach. A short drive further takes you to the tranquil Seixal Sand Beach and the awe-inspiring Porto Moniz Natural Pools. Parking is hassle-free, with plenty of free spaces available on the street.



Regarding the Jacuzzi, it is available for use throughout the year and is shared with the apartment next door.
