Welcome to Studio Villa Teresa by Atlantic Holiday, a welcoming studio located in the peaceful area of São Vicente, on the north coast of Madeira Island. Surrounded by a rural setting, this accommodation offers a comfortable stay for guests looking to enjoy nature, local scenery and a quieter side of the island, while still having convenient access to explore Madeira by car.



Designed to accommodate up to 2 guests, the studio features a queen-size bed in an open-plan layout, creating a practical and comfortable environment for couples, friends or small families travelling with a baby.



The kitchen is fully equipped with the essentials needed to prepare meals during your stay, including a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, hob, cutlery, plates and kitchenware. The bathroom includes a shower and a hairdryer is available for your convenience. Guests also have access to a washing machine, Smart TV with box service and private parking for one car.



Outside, guests can enjoy the jacuzzi, providing an additional space to relax after a day exploring the island’s landscapes, levada walks and viewpoints. The property is equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable stay throughout the year.





Bed linen and bath towels are provided for your comfort. Smoking inside the property is not permitted.



Due to the location, a car is recommended to make the most of your stay and discover Madeira with greater flexibility. The city of Funchal is 30 minutes away by car and the airport is 45 minutes away. Check-in is available from 16:00 until 05:00 in the morning.



The City Hall charges a local Tourist Tax per guest per night. The charge amounts:



- 2EUR per night;

- This rate applies up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights and does not apply to guests that are under 13 years old.

- This charge must be paid directly to us so we can deliver it to the City Hall.



We’ll provide all the necessary details, including the Tourist Tax payment, a few days before check-in.
