”I messaged the hotel beforehand that I will check in late as I am coming from Machu Picchu. I asked them to make sure that someone is in the reception to open the door for me. And Rodrigo was there to open the door for me. He even put the bag I asked them to store for me while I was in Machu Picchu in my room.”

”The best place to stay in Cuzco. I spent 12 nights in this hotel. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Breakfast and amenities are aligned with those of a 4- or 5-star hotel. The staff were very friendly. Last but not least, the hotel is very close to the city centre (5-minute walk). If I had to come back to Cuzco soon, I would definitely book this hotel again.”

”It is right behind the Plaza (about 200m), but it is quite upslope. So, if you just in-and-out once a day, should not be an issue.
if you join any tour, that will be great option.
The staff is helpful, and friendly.”

”We stayed here for two nights with my wife. The location is great and the breakfast was nice. Also the hotel property is well maintained and the room is on good condition. However the room's air quality left a lot to be desired. Neither of us are sensitive to bad air quality but the both of us had our noses running. The ventilation for the room seemed to be inadequate and the bed sheets had a strong smell of chlorine on them. Overall not really good value for money. Would not recommend this...
