”Hotel was bright and cheery. We stayed there for graduation weekend and there were festive decorations and snacks available as well as a welcome event. The breakfast was plentiful and there was an area to dine outside. All of the staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were spacious and we loved the kitchenette area. Our original plan was to stay at a more upscale hotel but after experiencing this hotel I would absolutely return.”

”This hotel has bad ratings. But the room was actually quite nice. Just outdated. It was clean and smelled good. I've stayed in a lot of cheap hotels and beggars can't be choosers. For as cheap as it was to stay here. It's a great place. That's why I'm trying to give it five stars. Well worth the money.”

”As always, enjoyed our stay here. There was some trouble with the lighting in the bathroom after some repairs, and we were offered a different room, but decided to stay in the room we had selected. As usual, breakfasts were delicious, and the desserts were wonderful . It is always a pleasure to stay here, and the location is perfect for forays into downtown.”

”Lovely tastefully renovated Greek revival mansion just north of downtown, walking distance to restaurants, cafes, Cornell university campus and so much more.”

”Clean and modern. Enomous bathroom. Nice mattress. Great parking, only $12 for self parking in the back of the building. Great location, in the centre of Ithaca and 5 minutes drive to Connell.”

”The room was clean Albeit there is no air circulation (return) in the room. This has made the use of the bathroom inconvenient. The location of off-site parking made dropping off and on the luggage a bit awkward and cumbersome. Other than that the hotel is in a great location with access to all what downtown Ethica has to offer.”

”The hotel was clean and the room felt spacious. The location to downtown is perfect and parking was incredibly easy. The room service was extremely limited, closed randomly, and not great food, but downtown has other good options.”

”The staff at the hotel was very welcoming and helpful. They made accomodations for my elderly mother and ensured all our needs were met. We stayed there during the extremely busy graduation season and the staff treated us with great hospitality and care.”

”I mistakenly booked this hotel for a Thursday instead of the Friday I needed. I caught my mistake immediately after hitting purchase. I had inadvertently booked it for that same night. I reached out to Expedia and the hotel to ask if they could please cancel my reservation. Expedia said they would allow it but the hotel denied the claim and charged me the full price. There should be an option to fix an error within minutes of making it. Its insane that I was charged over $220 for a mistake I...

”For this type of hotel I would definitely expect a better coffee in the morning. It was regular item of coffee and a really tacky small cooler with jugs of milk. No flavors, no anything. The bartender was nice enough but had NO IDEA how to make drinks. Which was clear by her studying her notes and taking 10 minutes to make a drink.”
