Our grounds include the main villa, dining & kitchen sala pavilion, lakeside sala, badmington court, massage area, 12x4m swimming pool and jacuzzi. You can feed our animals & with a vegetable farm and chicken coop, you can have fresh eggs & vegetables everyday.

The space
Cyngam Retreat has been in our family for more than 4 generations. Set on a 7 rai (1.21 hectares) plot of land, this retreat was designed for our family to escape city living into an authentic country setting with all modern conveniences. Our home is now available for holiday rentals and is perfect for families and groups of friends. Our property manager will be on site to assist guests with everything they need just like a personal concierge!

Our staff can prepare your breakfast. Simple breakfasts are free of charge and complimentary. Additional requests can be arranged but costs may apply. Guests can also use the Grab app to order meals and transportation.

-Distance from the airport to Cyngam Retreat is approximately 15 mins drive.
-Distance from Cyngam Retreat to the Old Chiang Mai town is approximately 20 mins drive.

Cyngam Retreat consists of 4 main buildings on the property and 2 separate entrance gates. They main living quarters, the Lakeside Sala, the Kitchen Gazebo and a massage area. Guests of Cyngam Retreat can have total access to the Retreat and use of the Main gate entrance. Bicycles are available on the premises for guests to explore the local neighborhood.

A large 12m x 4m swimming pool with Jacuzzi is below the main living quarters. Pool floaties and toys are available.

There is also a badmington court and a kids playground.

You will encounter many of Cyngam's animals around the property. There are ducks, geese, chickens, rabbits, pigs, iguanas, giant turtles and many fish ponds. Kids are welcome to feed the animals on the property.

Cyngam Retreat's Kitchen Pavilion is perfect for those intimate family meals and also great for those who enjoy cooking and eating. Fully equipped with a modern kitchen and kitchen appliances and a coffee machine. Guests can collect eggs from our chicken coop or pick from our organic vegetable garden to make your own meals for friends and family. We can also provide simple Chiang Mai cuisine should you require.

You will have complete privacy. With the rare exception of any urgent maintenance work, which we will inform you well in advance about.

**The other residences are occupied by our ground staff who use a different entrance gate**

Cyngam Retreat provides a free daily cleaning service. Washing machine and Dryer is available on the premises for guests to use.

We can also provide baby cots and highchairs. Please inform us in advance if you will be traveling with an infant.

To make your stay as relaxing as possible, we are happy to assist you in arranging the following services.

Guest access
Guests can enter the retreat via the main entrance gate and can have total access to the Retreat 7 rai (1.21 hectares) and use of the main gate entrance.

Our gates are all locked every night when guests return. Sensor alarms are also installed on the grounds to ensure the security of guests. Our ground staff are always on site and can be called 24 hours a day.
