Sarasota's Family Friendly HEATED Pool Home Close to Siesta Key Beach

Enjoy this updated 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom pool home, on a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood, close to Siesta Key Beach and Downtown Sarasota. The home features an open layout with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on each side of the home, allowing for privacy when desired. The fenced in backyard has a screened in large pool with an outdoor eating area and a gas grill. Outside of the lanai you will find plenty of green grass and a large fire pit for those relaxing evenings sitting by the bonfire.

The space:
From the front door you will be impressed by the open, bright and airy main living room and dining room with vaulted ceilings and a large sliding glass door overlooking the pool. The sliding glass door is made up of 3 large panels and opens completely to bring the outdoors inside. No worries about any bugs coming into the house as the outdoor area and pool are enclosed in a large lanai.

To the left of the house, you will find the master bedroom and bathroom, the 2nd bedroom and half bathroom. The master bedroom features a king size bed, an infant crib, the master bathroom with a shower, a walk in closet and a sliding door to the lanai. The second bedroom features a queen size bed and large closet with a sliding door to allow for plenty of sunshine.

In the center of the house you will find the fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. You will also find a cozy second living room with a TV and fireplace.

To the right of the home you will find the 3rd and 4th bedrooms with queen size beds, full closets, as well as a full bathroom with a tub.

Self check-in with keypad lock provides for an easy start to your vacation. Each guest will have their own keypad passcode set up prior to check in.

There is self parking available for free in the driveway for 2 cars or in front of the house, but please be respectful of the neighbors.

We provide a large supply of beach accessories such as beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, floating devices, beach towels and more.

We will provide you with all the amenities to get you started, but please be prepared to bring any additional items you may need.

Again, safety is our utmost concern so please watch all children and animals in and around the pool area, grill and fire pit.

This home is in a very nice and quiet neighborhood with many ponds to walk by and enjoy the turtles as they swim along. Access to the Legacy trail is also very close by.

You will have access to the entire home including the 2 car garage.

- There is a weekly pool and lawn service that have access to the property and come once a week to perform services.
