Great condo, larger even than it appeared in the pictures. Clean and comfortable with an amazing view and easy beach access. Very convenient parking under the building. Nice pool and hot tub that was never very busy. Great location central to the island and close to Publix and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Condo itself and location doesn’t get any better! The location is amazing and for family get away conveniently on the beach and pool. Parking directly below. It makes for a stress free vacation spot! Great food and stores near by

Absolutely perfect!

We loved everything about our stay, it might not have turned as good if it wasn’t for the property manager Dave . He was wonderful, the first place we Booked ended up not having a pool at the last minute Dave was able to find us a new place with a pool and the accommodations were absolutely wonderful. We had a couple issues with getting into the condo, but it was quickly taken care of by one of your assistance. Then we had some other minor issues and Dave came over and took care of them immediately it could not have been a better trip.. We would definitely use your services again.

Great Place!

The condo unit is very clean and well organized. There were plenty of towels, kitchen utensils, and the furniture was comfortable. They even had some beach chairs and boogie boards for renters. The entire complex is well kept and in a great location. The pool and pool area are clean and the pool is even chilled for those extra hot days.

Birthday trip

My daughter and daughter-in-law recently turned 40 and this was a trip to celebrate. There was a bit of confusion about the keys but the manager immediately took care of it. The unit has been updated. The master bath is huge. Plenty of hot water and good pressure. Had a hair dryer and magnifying mirror. The beds were extremely comfortable. Kitchen has a huge island and is equipped with tons of different glasses, everything you need to cook and serve, and a gadget drawer that even had a pizza cutter and garlic press. We bought our own ice and did not use the ice and water dispenser. Nice to have washer and dryer and iron. (We brought xtra detergent sheets). The balcony overlooks the pool and has great views of the beach and ocean. The beach is pretty quiet. The unit provides beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, portable cooler. The umbrella was broken and we let management know. There are carts available to move things in and out. There are TV's in every room including the kitchen, easy to use remotes. The trolley stops right by the condo, easy to get to Publix. My only suggestion would be to have some sort of inside security lock for overnight. We had a wonderful time and will probably rent again.

Excellent Condo!

I have to give the overall rating a nine out of a 10! It is a fantastic condo! Clean and comfortable and and the owners thought of everything! The only issue we had was when checking in a problem with the key…the lock actually is not user friendly at all. And the code…we’ll that wasn’t working correctly either. I have to say that was extremely frustrating, and was concerned that this might be how our vacation it was going to go. Fortunately, someone from the management company came over pretty quickly and gave us another key and everything worked out fine. The location and the condo or just excellent. Highly recommend! We will definitely be back.

Good room, poor property management

I averaged out the location and room with 4/5 stars and property management at Vacasa with 2 stars. Full review can be read on the Vacasa site. Room is great and we love the location. Only minor complaint is TVs. I know that sounds petty since we should be outside enjoying the views and beach but 2 weeks with 115 heat index we did take some breaks. You can’t stream on the TVs as they are old and technology doesn’t support it. Vacasa wasn’t ready when we arrived, and tried to claim I didn’t have my paperwork signed timely. Of course when I asked them to show me the date it was submitted they couldn’t produce it. They almost sent us with keys that would not have allowed us to get past the gate to go to the room but fortunately we’d stayed at AMIC several times and I told them we needed a fob. There was one set of towels for two weeks. Never had that before and if they’d mentioned they were cutting back it would have been expected. Reached out to Vacasa to ask about towels, no response on app and no one answered the phone. They called on Thursday of the first week to finally let us know our parking pass was ready so I asked about towels then, was told they would be on the way. They never arrived. Received message back on app 2 days later indicating we should have been more prepared for our stay. Even bringing our favorite roasting dish with us to make our stay more enjoyable. That would have been a breeze to bring on our flight and luggage…. Vacasa sucks.

Wonderful Week at a Beautiful Beach!

This condo was exceptionally clean and had a beautiful view! Right on the beach. Restaurants were a little farther away than we had hoped but Publix is right down the street. Vacasa was very easy to communicate with. My one suggestion would be the key situation. It would be helpful to provide 2 for the room as well as a key that accesses stairs and pool restrooms. We hope to stay here again.

Fabulous Retreat

We had a wonderful visit at this condo. It was so clean, quiet and delightful. The view of the gulf from the sitting area, the easy beach access and heated pool were great! We cooked every night and I was amazed by how well stocked the kitchen is. Also, I have a chronic illness that reduces my energy and I use a walker. The elevator was kept in great working order. It was also nice to have access to a clean bathroom next to the pool, easily accessible from the beach, so we didn't have to go all the way upstairs each time. We will absolutely book here again.

Beautiful

Everything was as advertised. Condo was on a nice area of beach and you can tell the owners take care and are proud of their unit. I don't think there was anything that was missing, except maybe an additional set of keys for everyhing. But would definitely rent here again! Vacation was awesome!

Sister Trip!

My sisters and I had our first Annual Sister trip! I just can't imagine a more beautiful place to go than AMI. This condo is in a perfect place! Not overly crowded, beautiful beach right behind us and right in the middle of the island with trolley stops at either end of the complex. The check in process was simple. Huge spacious kitchen, which we loved. Updated furniture and comfy beds. Strangely, blankets are not included in the package. They were there, but a note informing us we are responsible for washing them. There were no extra linens at all. We had lots of pillows, with no pillow cases. 1 washcloth per person, also strange and inconvenient. The key situation was a little annoying with only one key fob for entry into the pool area. Seems a combination lock would be much more convenient. Even with the minor inconveniences, we would definitely stay in this location again and again! BEST trip ever!

More than we expected!

With this being our first time staying in a condo, we didn’t know what to expect. Upon arrival the unit was much nicer than we expected and everything we needed was nearby and easy to access. The views from the balcony were breathtaking every night!

Beach Holiday

The check in process was very confusing. Wasn’t told where to pick up key. Vacasa didn’t send us right info and several employees weren’t sure what to do. Sent a message to the office and finally given info. Then we were given an expired parking pass so had to return to office to have it replaced. The condo was perfect and we enjoyed our stay. It is right on the beach and very spacious. I would suggest they give more than one key though. I locked myself out of building without a key or cell phone and had to wait to have someone let me in.

Beautiful beach

Property was as listed. Very clean and nicely appointed. Check-in was a bit confusing because we were never sent information on where to go. However, it was quickly remedied because it is close by.
