”The rooms are wonderful & the staff was great however, Bring your own breakfast. Frozen, vegan burritos for $12 that you can get from king Soopers for $1.99 or the “Croissant Collection” was actually frozen hockey pucks smaller than the palm of my hand (I am only 5 ft tall) they didn’t even have the frittatas. Sold as a “ “Luxury Resort”, I had a “suite”, asked for the celebration package, someone called me, told me they were to busy but could probably have balloons in the room. No balloons. If...

”The swimming pool and Hot tubs were awesome. Everything was clean and comfortable. There were plenty of fresh towels and places to dry off with.”

”Outdated, zero amenities, excruciating hard mattress, car alarms and hirns going off all night.”

”Had to walk all the way to the front desk to ask for a wifi password, it’s odd that they don’t have that information on the keycards or in the room. Not the best area to stay in as there were homeless people outside of my room at midnight asking for money. ”

”Restaurants were very expensive with below average food. Because of a week day visit many restaurants and attractions were closed. We won a free dinner at Ballys only to find the restaurant was closed. Doubtful we'll ever return. ”

”At check in, I was not provided a room. I was told that the boiler went out and they didn't have a room for me and my family. No prior notification was provided. We had to find a room at another hotel in town. This was a total nightmare, and I will never book a room at this hotel ever again!!”

”We really loved our stay! It is a beautiful spot and the home is well built in the high winds. We had a few small issues we noticed and the hosts were quick to take care of them while we were there. We did not quite realize the altitude was as high as it was, (we were coming from 1,000 feet) but the view and beauty made it worth it. The sauna, hot tub and wood stove were all wonderful ways to stay warm in the chilly winter. ”
