Cozy 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home located in a quiet neighborhood in Saratoga Springs NY! Located just 10 mins (4 miles) from the Race Course, 5 mins from the state park and 20 mins from Lake George- you will never run out of things to do or see in this area! Visit the beautiful downtown Saratoga for some shopping or dining, take a nature hike through the state park or get tickets to a concert at the Saratoga Performing Arts Center! **There is a $200 damage hold on all bookings for this property. As long as the home is left clean and checkout procedures are followed the hold will be released back to you. In an effort to provide the best service a property manager resides in a private apartment on the premises.

Stay away! The owner converted the garage into an apartment and has a “property manager” living there. She conveniently didn’t update the pictures to reflect that situation. Find another house unless you like spending time with a creepy person living in your garage. Also, the house is very small and poorly kept for having a “property manager” living there 24/7.

Great option for a stay in Saratoga! The house was clean as described. It's a relatively basic set up (on the small-ish side) and having four bedrooms and multiple baths was perfect for our group of friends. The back deck was nice but could use some cleanup.

Great home

This was the perfect place for us to stay. My mom lives in the neighborhood and it made it easy for us to visit with her and our other family members. The home is very neat and clean with everything you need to be comfortable! I highly recommend staying here. I hope to continue booking there when I’m in town.

Short stay - close to SPAC

Originally booked for eight people but four of them backed out and then there were four. The house was more than enough room for the four of us. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes away from SPAC. The house is older, having been built in 1971. There have been some updates to the home like the kitchen and interior doors but some things, like the upstairs bathroom are dated and show its age. The house was clean but there were some areas that could have been cleaner. For example, we found some type of potato chip and other debris at the foot of the couch, the freezer drawer had some debris at the bottom, the microwave had finger prints all over the front, and I even found a box of check books in one of the dresser drawers. The bath towels were lovely, very soft and fluffy. The shower had dispensable shampoo and body wash which was a plus. The mattresses were very uncomfortable. The springs jabbed me in the back. For the price per night, I would expect better quality mattresses. Finally, and it may have been an oversight on my part, but maybe not. The main listing picture is very deceiving, showing a two car garage. When we arrived, we originally thought we may be at the wrong house because there was no garage door, instead there was a window and single door. We pulled in the driveway and saw a light on with someone moving through the window. There was a “property manager” living in the garage. If I had known that, I wouldn’t have rented this property. W

Perfect spot for a large group

Stayed here with a large group for a wedding and it was perfect. There were enough rooms and two bathrooms, a kitchen with plenty of dishes and cups, and a comfortable living room. It was only a 10 minute drive into downtown Saratoga.

Cute, spacious house in a quiet neighborhood!

The house is very spacious with lots of room for sleeping. The back deck is nice with plenty of seating, however there's no light out there. Or at least we could not find one. The house was overall clean, but there were a couple of places that could have been cleaner. For example there were crumbs on the stovetop, and we had not cooked there yet. There was also crumbs behind items on the kitchen counters. The downstairs bathroom appears to be being remodeled, which resulted in some spackle flakes/dust on the floor. The signage in the home was great. Please note that the "property manager" stays in the home. We did not see him/her, but there was a sign on a locked door which indicated the property manager was in there with his/her service animal. This didn't affect our stay, however I think it's important to note since people typically think they're getting the "whole house" with VRBO. Location was excellent - just a short drive to Saratoga Lake, SPAC, and the casino.

saratoga house review

the house is in desperate need of mattress upgrades. the mattresses are horrible!!!! I wouldnt put a 5 year old on the quality of matresses. there is a funky thermastat that hardly anyone could figure out how to use. Fire alarm went off and was out of code with no carbon monoxide detector and the wash only had hot water. ruined 2 good golf shirts with hot water when i selected cold water. also they should disclose there is an apartment attached to the house that someone stays in

Weekend Getaway

A group of 9 friends and I set off for Saratoga for a weekend of fun and this is the perfect place to stay if you want short travel distances with a great area to stay. We will definitely be rebooking this same place when we come back down again!

Great Stay, Convenient Location

Close to Saratoga Performing Arts Center —we were able to walk to the concert that we were in town for. The house was clean and comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. There’a a nice deck in the back yard that isn’t pictured in the listing.
