”perfect location and size for our group of five adults. We couldn't get into the house with the access code from the owner but she came to the house within a reasonable time to fix the problem. The beds were super comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet, despite being close to the interstate. Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate so we weren't able to try the hot tub.”

”Our stay was great. The house is in very good condition and had everything we needed for a week long stay. Maybe a half mile walk to Broadway for drinks, dinner and the free trolley. Very easy and safe. The house is very comfortable. At our busiest, we were 6 people, and had plenty of room. We would stay again. ”

”Incredible stay!! The house is absolutely perfect for a weekend in town. A few of us traveled from different areas and spent the Belmont Weekend at this beautiful home. Jon was extremely communicative and very helpful with every aspect. Highly recommend this rental to adults for a nice wknd in town or even families with smaller children. The house has everything you can ask for and more! And the location is A!! We will be renting again in the future!!”

”We had a wonderful stay over the weekend our daughter graduated from Skidmore College. The house is beautiful, very comfortable and about a 10 minute drive from downtown Saratoga Springs.
