Pacifico is one of Playas del Coco’s premier gated communities, ideally located just off the main street and within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, and shops. The development offers a resort-style setting with multiple pools, a jacuzzi, sports courts, a children’s play area, and walking paths throughout. Guests also have access to the Pacifico Beach Club, with a complimentary shuttle running between the community and the beach throughout the day.

Playas del Coco’s main beach is about a 15-minute walk or a short drive from the condo. Located just 35 minutes from Guanacaste Airport (LIR), Coco is a lively beach town known for its dining, nightlife, and easy access to tours and activities. From here, guests can enjoy everything from boating and fishing excursions to day trips to waterfalls, hot springs, and national parks — all within a short drive.

Guests have private use of the condo and the poolside terrace. Other areas of the community are shared with other guests.

Car rentals or golf cart rentals are options for transportation during your stay. PACIFICO offers free golf cart charging and ample parking right in front of the building.  It’s also a very walkable location!  You can walk to the grocery store (5 minutes), restaurants and shops (5-25 minutes) and the beach (15 minutes). There is a complimentary shuttle to the PACIFICO Beach Club and taxis are available at the taxi stand next to the Auto Mercado (5 minutes walk)

🏖️ PACIFICO BEACH CLUB
The PACIFICO Beach Club is exclusive to PACIFICO guests and offers infinity-edge, ocean view pools, multiple lounge areas, and poolside food & drink service.

All guests in PACIFICO have access to this beautiful facility. To use Pacifico Beach Club, guests pay $35 per person, per day. The Beach Club will credit $25 to your food & beverage "tab" for the day, and the remaining $10 is the cost to use the facility. Guests under 12 are not charged. The Beach Club provides pool towels, and complimentary shuttle service between the development and the Beach Club.

Guests have full access to the beach chairs, lounge areas and umbrellas. Cabanas are by reservation only and an extra fee applies. Renters are not permitted to reserve cabanas in advance but can inquire at the Pacifico Beach Club reception about availability and cost. The PACIFICO offers a free shuttle service between the PACIFICO development and the PACIFICO Beach Club.

*The Pacifico Beach Club is closed each year for the month of October.
*The Pacifico Beach Club may close to the public due to private events at any time during the year. These closures are out of our control, and we try to communicate them to guests as soon as we are informed.

🎾The PACIFICO SPORTS COMPLEX offers guests access to the tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball court and soccer pitch. The facility is open to guests daily from 10am to 3pm. Equipment is NOT provided, or available for rent.
