Gated community with 24/7 security and shared infinity pool 5 min away by car. AWD car recommended. Between Las Catalinas and Playas del Coco, 10 min from Matapalo Beach and 30 min from Liberia Airport. Parking & Entrance This adventurous journey begins as your 4x4/AWD vehicle enters the dirt roads of the private community. Private parking is available right at the entrance. A simple walkway leads to the elevated home, creating a sense of privacy and seclusion from the moment you arrive, while still feeling safe and convenient. The Area The drive from the airport is around 45 minutes. Then, just under 10 minutes to secluded beaches like Matapalo and Matapalito; 25 minutes to Las Catalinas, Flamingo Marina or Potrero, and about 20 minutes from Coco and Hermosa Beach. The Pool This is an added amenity, since is not in the property but rather an open to the public and shared pool located in the community with a schedule from 7:00AM to 10:00PM. It takes about 5 minutes to drive from the house to the pool. The Space This modern jungle villa blends clean design with its natural surroundings. Bedrooms The bedrooms are a serene retreat with direct views and access to the jungle through floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors. Natural textures, soft fabrics and neutral tones create a calming environment for rest and relaxation. Wake up to birdsong and fall asleep surrounded by nature. Bathroom The bathroom continues the villa’s clean, modern aesthetic with elegant finishes and a refreshing, spa-like feel. Designed for comfort and simplicity, it’s the perfect space to unwind after a beach day or exploring the area, with open views from the shower. Patio & Deck Area The spacious deck wraps above the jungle floor, offering a private outdoor lounge surrounded by trees. Comfortable seating makes it ideal for reading, meditating, yoga, breakfast or sunset drinks. A fire pit and chill area extend cozy evenings. The property also offers private hiking trails to immerse in nature. You’ll have access to all areas of the house, except for a small storage room (bodega) next to the villa. High-speed fiber optic internet at the villa. Walking trails around the private community, directly accessible from the house. Access to a shared infinity pool 360 ocean view at the clubhouse, out of the property with bathrooms and picnic area. Front chill-out area with a hammock to relax.
