Yksi harvoista hyväpalkkainen hytti vuokrat 98500 hehtaarin Sardis järven ja Dam alueella, 16 Murphey Road sijaitsee suoraan ranta. Nauti ylellisestä, ammattimaisesti sisustetusta järvialueesta, sillä se tarjoaa viisi makuuhuonetta (nukkuu jopa 14 henkeä) ja tarjoaa kaiken (paitsi vaatteesi ja ruokasi), jotta voit nauttia lomastasi tutustumalla paikallisiin nähtävyyksiin. Property was beautiful and peaceful. Just very serene. It rained while we were there but the back deck is screened in and we could see the lake. Would recommend this gorgeous cabin to all my family and friends. Thank you so much.

Honestly, the house was fine, but they should invest in a new grill and cookware. The grill was completely unusable in the state it was in. All-in-all, the house is fine for a weekend stay.

We pulled up to the house on stilts unlock the lock box and walk into this house and was absolutely blown away. It was quite outside on the screened in back porch super super roomy and decorated by a mans man. Needed a later check out time because ole miss beat Georgia and wanted to celebrate. No problem. We will definitely be back if not for a ball game then just to relax and have a family weekend plenty of room for a big family. Love love this place can’t say enough good things about it. Thank you to the Aycock family for allowing us to crash.

We stayed here when we came to the Batesville area for my oldest son's wedding. The home is conveniently located near the Sardis Lake recreational facilities and it is only about 15 minutes to downtown Batesville. My in-laws stayed with us also and there was plenty of room for everyone. The home was well appointed and had a lot of character

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean and well equiped for cooking etc... The only down side is I wish that the dock had been repaired so that we could have used it. Very close to the marina and spillway for fishing.

This cabin was located directly on the water. It was clean, updated, and very comfortable. Easy to get to. There are stairs to get to the main floor so if anyone has trouble with steps it could be an issue but I'd stay here again for sure.

We were looking for Lakefront property. The property advertises as lakefront property. However, you don’t have access to the lake because the dock is dilapidated. We were not advised of this until we arrived. The entry stairs are loose and move Side to side as you woke up. We were advised to this when we were, checking in. The stairs need to be fixed before renting to anyone else. All in all the property provided all the comfort of home however I would not categorize It is lakefront property if you cannot enjoy the excess to the lake. If the stairs were fixed, and the dock is repaired, I would recommend this property to others.

Pros - The fire pit, the owner quickly responded to my one message, the bed was comfortable. Cons - Dog/dogs next door barked incessantly, even at night. My parents left a day early because they could not take the barking. The house is not clean. Mold in both bathrooms. Ants, drain flys and stink bugs in bathroom. Stink bugs on my ceiling and in my bed. The parking area and entrance are awful. I was worried about my 74 year old parents climbing those stairs. The floor is warped and the house is much darker and smaller than what the pictures represent. The kitchen was tiny and extremely hard to cook in. We expect to stay in the area often in the future to visit family but we will not be staying here.

As an entertainment space, it met expectations and the property had the best air conditioner ever! The property needs some attention though- upstairs bath tub had not been cleaned, dishes had been left in the dishwasher and laundry discovered in the dryer. No wifi/TV available the entire stay. The host had a new modem sent, but it did not resolve the issue. The toaster didn’t work nor did the front right burner of the stove. We had a great time but there were definitely some trade offs.

The home was clean. Cal, the owner, was very responsive. With any requests we got an immediate response and follow up. The home was roomy and accommodated the 6 adults and 3 children easily.

Six family members came from out of state to visit grandchildren and great-grandchildren (five people) who live in Mississippi. The check-in process was simple and easy. Based on the pictures we thought the property was in a remote area, but it was actually in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The dock was damaged and inaccessible, but the owner notified us of this fact and it was not a problem. It will be incredible to visit once the repairs are made to the dock! We did not have any real issues with the home. There were a few minor concerns (loose door knobs on interior doors, loose ceiling fans, loose light fixtures, a couple of non-operational lights/fans, damage to a wall in one room, stains on the carpet in another). The drain on the upstairs tub was slow and the downstairs thermostat was controlled by a Nest unit which we could not change. None of these things caused significant problems for us and we did not feel the need to reach out to the owner about them. Little things like hand soap for the bathrooms, trash bags, and coffee were not stocked in the home. These missing items were not a big deal and were easily fixed on our first shopping trip. There was a k-cup coffee maker which was perfect for our family! There were plenty of small kitchen appliances (crock pot, air fryer, etc.) available in the pantry. One of the burners on the stove did not work, but we were able to cook for the family without any trouble and use the microwave for leftovers. It was great to be able to do laundry in the home. The screened in porch and the fenced yard were perfect places for our three and four year old grandkids to play. We had a wonderful time making memories with our family!

This home has a very nostalgic cabin feel. The location is super convenient and easy to find. The decor is as expected of an older lake cabin. Inside the house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals for our group. Screened back porch is serene and private. The lake view, and garage area beneath the home were nice, but could use a little modernization. Overall a good value, clean, and well-stocked…plenty big enough to accommodate large groups.

The property needed cleaning on the outside- leaves were under carport (needed blowing out) and brother in law stepped on a snake in carport when getting out of car. Some mold on siding. We thought we could fish off of deck, but it was too dangerous. Inside really needed a deep cleaning. Refrigerator was nasty, (had hair in it - which we cleaned out) freezer was nasty. (we did not clean it out). Knob not working on big stove burner. Grill unusable. Only 3 bath hand towels to use. We bought some cheap ones and left them there. Positive - Beds were very clean and comfortable. Overall, it was not the vacation that we thought, but we did make good memories and can laugh about it later. I know that you shouldn't expect a top-class place in Sardis, MS, but we feel that, if the place was really cleaned, ( inside and out) updated some, that this would be a nice place to stay. The host was very prompt in responding. I have never left a negative review on any place that I have stayed and don't really considered this negative, just disappointing.
