"Polpu" is a charming 3-room terraced house of 36 m2, thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 5 guests across its well-organized interior. The property features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, making it an ideal vacation rental for a small group or family. The living and dining area forms the heart of the home, offering a welcoming and functional space for relaxation and meals together. The first bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, providing a comfortable retreat for adults. The second bedroom is equipped with 1 single bed measuring 90 cm in width as well as 1 set of bunk beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, making it perfectly suited for children or additional guests. The open kitchen is seamlessly integrated into the living area and is fitted with 2 hot plates, a toaster, and an electric coffee machine. The single bathroom features a shower and WC. The property also benefits from a terrace and a private patio, from which guests can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea.
