”Incheckproces en toegang tot de kamer werkt prima (alles verloopt digitaal), kamer was erg up to date, goede bedden en toilet/douche faciliteiten. Enige punt (per persoon afhankelijk) is het gebrek aan een airco. Was nu best warm en de ventilator was niet heel fijn om te gebruiken ivm de windsnelheid ”

”Very nice stay, friendly service and clean facilities. Particularly enjoyed the breakfast (with e.g. omelettes made to the guest's liking, and lactose-free yoghurt available), the magnificent views and the spa area. Great location also next to the gondola going up to First.”

The hotel breakfast buffet was excellent with extensive options. Additionally, the hotel restaurant options for dinner with very good. The indoor pool/whirlpool is large and very clean. ”

”Tämä on kuin pieni sydän kylässä, olen käyttänyt palveluita 2 vuotta kohta. Hintalaatusuhde loistava koska huoneet edulliset ja kahden laskettelukeskuksen välissä Andermatt ja Engelberg, voin päättää aamiasella kumpaan menen. Ruoka hyvä vaikkakin svetsin hinnoilla.”
”Aivan ihana vuoristomaisema ! Hotellin alasosasto ihan viimeisen päälle : lilluteltiin lämpimässä vedessä ulkona ihaillen Eigerin vuorta ja lisäksi 3 erillistä saunaa (yrtti, normi ja höyry). Suosittelen lämpimästi tätä hotellia. Tosin kallis ja illalla ruokalista aika vaatimaton (ja kallis sekin).”
”A really nice and trendy hotel. Enjoyed the large bathroom. Only thing I didn't like were the fluffy pillows. The bed had several pillows, but not variety in softness.
Would definitely consider a re-visit when next in Luzern.”
”Good hotel in the middle of things in Luzern. Was there just for one night for business, but everything went really well. Clean, bed was comfy, check in and out fast. It was a nice touch that the mini bar was included in the room price. There was a selection of soft drinks. Would stay again!”
"Very sympatic hotel, great service and location! The breakfast was wonderful and the breakfast room lovely. After breakfast time it was lounge and you could eat your own food and have coffee on the house. There was also a fridgerator with soft drinks and wine at very reasonable prices. Only down side was that we stayed there only one night. Next time 3 nights at least! "
