It comprises a 40 m² living room (with fireplace), an open-plan fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a garden of around 500 m². - A fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140x190), TV
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140x190), TV
- Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160×200) with double electric remote control, TV

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A private enclosed garden of 500 m² and a 70 m² terrace with an electric awning to cover it with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
