”We came to this property for one night on our way back to Melbourne with our 2 kids (5 and 1 year old), and we found it absolutely perfect for what we needed. We had 2 bedrooms and a spa room, and the kids loved the cottage and the property with all the birds and playground and so much to see. Such a great alternative to staying in a random motel room with kids. A bit out of town, which we loved, but also the Kalimna pub at the end of the street was perfect for a pub meal before tucking back...

”Thanks to Steve and Christine It was such a beautiful cottage—perfect for a small family or a romantic couple. The interior design shows great attention to detail in every section of the walls. It's nice and quiet, with some very frequent visitors—haha, I mean the kangaroos!Another bonus: it's a pet-friendly house. The backyard is lovely, with vegetable gardens as well.”

”Very comfy room with balcony from where you can look kangaroos during the sunset. Actually we saw about 40 kangaroos in one evening. Hosts were very friendly; they had arranged a huge breakfast (that you cooked) with eggs and homemade jam! Recommend if you want to relax and enjoy peaceful countryside. ”

”Cozy and well decorated cottage at the back of a property, so I felt safe. With the use of the bbq in a beautiful back yard meant that cooking amenities were available. The hosts are helpful with providing dining local options, directions and local knowledge. ”

”We loved staying at The Shack. The views of the water from the property were stunning and we loved the walks around the lake with our dogs. We also loved the Hub Cafe just a couple of minutes walk, right on the waterfront with a beautiful outlook, and we could sit outside with our dogs. The Shack is cute, quirky and retro. Brilliant location. We fell in love with Eagle Point - so beautiful and quiet.”
