It comprises a lovely 20 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two spacious bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower), and you can enjoy a garden of around 100 m². Cleaning is included in the rent and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival.

All rooms in the house are on one level.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob…

Upstairs

- Two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140x190 cm)

Transport:
For the convenience of local residents and to comply with current regulations, parking in front of the property is strictly prohibited, even for a few minutes.

A private car park located at the entrance to the estate is available for guests’ use and must be used throughout their stay.

If guests are travelling by van or in a vehicle that cannot access the private car park, we ask them to park in the nearby public car park.

Self-check-in is required:
Access to the property is available from 5.00 pm. The keys are to be collected from a secure Keycafe locker, located at the rear of the Cocoonr Presqu’île de Rhuys agency, approximately 15 minutes’ walk from the property.
