Seaview, house for 7 Golfe du Morbihan

A few steps from the seaside, on the side of the Gulf of Morbihan, there is a lovely Breton stone house that can accommodate 7 people. The charm works from the outside with its blue windows and door, and its hydrangeas along the terrace.



We enter the living space with soft shades of white and wood, and first discover a convivial lounge with comfortable sofas and armchairs, arranged around a wood-burning stove. Here, no television: one relaxes with a good book found in the library, or around a board game. However, a video projector connected to the TV box (internet) is available for a movie night (access to Netflix, Canal+ and Disney+)



At the back of the room, the fully equipped kitchen. You will find a fridge-freezer, an oven, a microwave (for making cinema night popcorn) and an induction hob to cook delicious little dishes. A dishwasher is also there to save you from this task. For breakfasts, you will find a kettle, a toaster and a filter coffee maker.



In the centre of the room, the dining room allows you to gather around the table. Another option for your meals: the terrace facing west, perfect for your aperitifs and dinner in the evening sun.



On the ground floor, there is also a wet room with a shower and an independent toilet.



Upstairs, we discover the night area with its 3 bedrooms. In the first, there is a Queen size bed (160/200). The second is more designed for children with its bunk bed - trundle bed and its single bed. The third offers a Queen size bed, a desk (teleworking possible) and especially a sea view over the Gulf of Morbihan. We also enjoy this sea view from the bathroom, which features a washbasin and a bathtub.



For more comfort, a washing machine is available in the kitchen. The property's plot allows you to park 3 cars.
