”Overall we had a very good experience staying here. They were so friendly and so helpful. Our suite was excellent and well equipped with everything we needed… even a cooler for going to the beach. We were close to everything. I highly recommend staying here. ”

The only small problem that we encountered was that we were not able to receive incoming phone calls ( from the concierge or from room to room) did not ring in our room and was not fixed until the day that we left. ”The pool and beach areas are amazing. The rooms were a little dated, but they were clean and comfortable. Everyone was very friendly and nice ( with the exception of a Grumpy Towel Hut employee.) I highly recommend this hotel. The kids ate free too. There were lots of options for dining as well. The waiters at DaVinci and Agave were awesome. Our family had the best time. ”
