This hotel was good for the night and the price.
The great was the bed, the room, the tub and the food. There was a very nice server named Tamara.
The bad was what wasn’t there.
What happened to a simple sheet of paper with wifi code, room service menu, and other necessities. It took us 10 minutes to find the room service menu on line, and by then the restaurant was closed.
The toiletries were secured in place, which made a bubble bath difficult. Where the was the mouthwash and scrubbing wipes, things that I’ve gotten at cheaper hotels?
The in room coffee was low brand Keurig, where I’ve had nespresso in hotels of the same price.
A little bit of printed paper, a few common amenities and better in room coffee would have made this a 5 star hotel experience.
