It is situated in a very quiet location in the inner courtyard of the apartment building.

The bright and modern built-in kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, electric stove, oven, and microwave.

A parking space is not included with the apartment. Our recommendation: Use the large public parking garage at the city harbor, which is only about 200 meters away.
Or look for a public parking spot in the surrounding area. Right in front of the building on Hafenstraße, there is a parking lane where you can park by the hour (using a parking disc), making it convenient to load and unload. There is a bike rack in the courtyard.
