The sailing and fishing harbor—with many more dining options—the famous Sassnitz pier, and the city center itself are all just a short distance from the picturesque Old Town. From here, you can take relaxing walks into Jasmund National Park or along the cliffs.
The building has a total of 11 apartments, some of which offer lake views. Each apartment comes with a parking space. The parking spaces are located approximately 300 meters away, behind City Hall.

The vacation apartment is located on the 2nd floor and offers a magnificent view stretching from Sassnitz across the Baltic Sea to Binz, as well as a view of the old town of Sassnitz on Rügen.The apartment is equipped with a full kitchen, a Senseo pod coffee maker, a flat-screen TV with a DVD player, and a mini stereo system. Layout: Living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom with shower and hair dryer. Size: 60 square meters—accommodates up to 6 people. Wi-Fi is available.
