”We had a great holiday in the villa and specifically enjoyed the garden, pool and location on top of a hill. Small grocery in 5 min drive. Although 40 min drive to Ancona / the coast, the location for us was nothing less than fabulous. Visited several wineries in the neighbourhood as well as a olive oil maker. Contact with owner is very prompt and smooth; check-in and check-out effortless.”

”Cristiano war ein sehr entspannter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber! Das Haus ist sehr schön und geräumig, perfekt für eine kleine Reise mit mehreren Leuten. Avenale ist ein schöner und ruhiger Ort. Das Internet war nicht besonders schnell, war aber in Ordnung. Zum Einkaufen fährt man gut und gerne 30 Minuten, kann aber auch in dem kleinen Laden nebenan einkaufen. Vielen Dank, Cristiano... ”Schönes Haus mit tollem Pool. Gastgeber Nino war sehr bemüht. Das die beiden Bereiche/ Schlafzimmer getrennt sind, also 2 Wohnungen sollte direkt erwähnt werden. Personen die schlecht zu Fuß sind haben u.U. Probleme. Das Dorf ist sehr ruhig.”

It was very warm the week we were there so we were very happy with the airconditioners (2 bedrooms and dining room). ”Un posto bellissimo!!!! Una vera bomboniera. Le foto dell'annuncio sono assolutamente veritiere. La casa è in una zona riservata e nella natura tra le colline ...il silenzio domina piacevolmente e il panorama è veramente mozzafiato. La piscina è carina e pulita dotata di un chioschetto col frigo utilissimo. ”Prima huis maar wat tegenviel was het feit dat het ( vrij kleine ) zwembad gedeeld moest worden met de gasten van het aanpalende huurhuis. Hier is niets over terug te vinden in de advertentie. Wij hadden geluk dat onze buren geen gebruik maakten van het zwembad maar als dat wel zo was geweest waren er veel te weinig stoelen en ligbedden aanwezig! Graag dus aanpassing in de advertentie op VRBO!”

”Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt mit sechs Erwachsenen und sechs Kindern sehr genossen. Der Blick von der Terrasse sorgt für Entspannung und das Haus ist großzügig, ruhig und sehr schön eingerichtet. . Es gibt vier Schlafzimmerr in der ersten Etage sowie eins im Etdgeschoss, was vergleichsweise klein ist und uns nicht ganz so gut gefallen hat wie die Zimmer oben. ”Staying at Villa Contessa is staying in an alternate universe. The property itself is out of a fairytale. It's tremendous with apricot trees, a full fruit and vegetable garden, pigs, chickens... not to mention the sweetest "pets" Kia, the dog and Virus, the cat that roam the grounds.The pool is out of a movie.
