”This place is surrounded by nature. We wanted to stay in a quiet area. As we were getting out of the car on the hotel parking lot, it was so disappointing to hear the first train go by. Room was large and they tried to give us a room as far away from the train tracks, but it didn’t help. This is something you might want to be aware of.”

”Very nice, clean, attractive room. Bed was very comfortable! The room was a studio suite that was just 50 square feet bigger than a standard room that was the same price as the standard but felt so much bigger. It was great. Had a fridge microwave and loveseat. Bathroom really nice and big. Only drawback was the showerhead was a little small but water pressure was fine. Had a small but nice breakfast - Egg omlets, pancake maker, cereal, coffee, tea, juice, milk, bagels, toast. We would stay...

”Loved staying here mostly because it is on a lake that is a birding hotspot. The staff is friendly and the rooms are big. Our room had a patio overlooking the lake. Lots of birds. Scenic. Housekeeping was friendly and helpful. They are remodeling so can’t wait to see the new look. Breakfast is OK. Nearby lots of restaurants and shopping and the National Park. ”
