”This is a great hotel to stay at. We would go there again.”

”The hotel front desk staff is very helpful and friendly. I would especially like to thank Alan for assisting me in resolving the cancellation issues due to my sister’s ankle fractures. He was very responsive to Expedia’s requests and helped ensure that I received the refund in a timely manner. I truly appreciate his professionalism, efficiency, and excellent customer service. Thank you, Alan, for your outstanding assistance!”

”Excellent clean and tidy place. Delicious daily breakfast served at the beautiful terrace with amazing view to the mountains. The hosts are incredible kind and helpful. I highly recommend this place to anyone. Situated in Juifen old town so close to the shops restaurants giving the opportunity to take photos of the lantern lit streets once the shops are closed and the streets are quiet.”

”Business style hotel with very small rooms and quite basic breakfast. You could hear a lot of noise from the building and from other rooms so if you are a bad sleeper don't go here or at least get ear plugs. The location is perfect. The room was clean. Hotel staff was very helpful. Maybe on this price range I would try something else at least for a couples traveling. I could stay here on a business trip. The breakfast did not have much to offer but I think the quality of ingredients was good....

”The place and the staff are very charming, antiquated rooms. It just needs better housekeepers and some maintenance. There was a huge clump of hair right in the entrance and many hairs across the floors that could have been easily vacuumed.”

”Housekeeping services every 3 days. Towels and drinks are replenished daily. Helpful staff.”

”Location is very nice, if you need to go to Nangang Exhibition Hall; it takes 10mins to walk there. MRT station is 3mins walk. At the MRT station there also is big mall for eating and shopping. Rooms are also nice and clean. My only problem was the breakfast. It's ok, but it's rather boring. Would like to see more warm dishes as there was only couple. WiFi worked ok, tho it did sometimes lose it in the evenings Overall it's good hotel, you won't be disappointed.”

”It was a wonderful experience. How close this hotel is to the main attractions is amazing. The night market was just downstairs🤗”
