Feels like home
We stayed in Buffalo Thai Cafe & Bistro three nights with my girlfriend and we really loved this place. There is only 6 rooms in this hotel and we heard that all the rooms have unique decoration. Our room was in the second floor (black and white room) which was new, nicely decorated and super clean. At the breakfast guests can order anything from the delicious menu and barista made coffees are also included. The restaurant serves also dinner which we tried once. My spare ribs portion was as tasty as the breakfast. The location is in the middle of the island so you have the same walking distance everywhere and the Walking Street is only 30 meters apart. But still I think that the best thing here are the hosts. They were easy going and super helpful which gave us the home like feeling everytime we arrived to the hotel after the day in the beach. I will definedly recommend this hotel to everyone who visit in Lipe but still it's maybe most suitable for young adults and couples traveling together.

Cozy boutique hotel near walking street
This boutique hotel is steps away from the walking street and 3-5 min from Pattaya beach. It suits our need perfectly. Made-to-order breakfast is great. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. They drop off and pick up from boat station and snorkeling launch. Room may be a bit tight with wet shower/bathroom. Still very clean and cozy.

Rundum sehr gut. Zimmer sind sehr sauber werden jeden Tag sauber gemacht und sind mit Liebe eingerichtet (entspricht schon fast eher europäischem Standard). Das Frühstück ist auch sehr gut (von Rührei über Müsli und Obst bis hin zu Sandwiches ist alles dabei). Es gibt kostenfreies Wasser und der Besitzer ist eirklich sehr hilfsbereit. Das Hotel liegt in einer Seitenstraße zur Walking Street. Also total zentral und dennoch ruhig!

Basic but great
Not far from Pattaya beach, easy to find - just on a off-road from the main Walking Street. The guy who helped with check-in and most of my stay was great. Good English and really helpful. Helped me to organise my snorkelling tour and transport to the beach when I checked out. Basic room but had everything that you need - hot working shower, cold aircon, a safe and daily cleaning. Breakfast included was good. Free water cooler too.

Great place! Not right on walking street, but extremely close. Good restaurants all around. Complimentary breakfast - which is a full meal (we’re not talking ‘continental’ here, more like: eggs, bacon, toast, sausage, salad and fruit and a drink). The staff were nice and helpful and gave me many suggestions on where to go on the island, and even booked my travel off the island (speed boat, and van to the airport). Great working A/C, and hot water. Did not get one mosquito bite in the room! Nice and quiet atmosphere, and not a loud party hotel. Thanks to Buffalo Thai for making my scuba diving trip calm and relaxing!

Toilet is too small.
The service is good. Owner able to give a lot of suggestion on where to visit and to take photos. Room wise it’s clean and tidy. But the toilet is a bit small even for Asian size. The toilet bowl and the shower is too near to each other. After showered, I do not even have enough space to dry myself without touching the toilet bowl.

We stayed on this beautiful island for 4 nights at Buffalo Thai Cafe. Ben and his staff at delightful , the breakfast excellant although perhaps a small piece of bread with the mixed fruit and veg salad which was fantastic would have helped sustain me through throgh the morning. The room was small but tastefully decorated and had everything we needed, even a sewing repair kit. Buffalo Cafe although it is just off walking street is quiet and very conveniently located. Would definitely recommend staying here

The room looks exactly like the pictures! Everything is clean and everyone is really nice and helpful. Food is great and the location is perfect (close to everything and away from noise). The room is small but you only go there to rest or sleep so it isn’t a problem. I would come back here without a doubt, we loved it!!!!

As the island is facing with mosquitoes all around the island and we try to solve this problem by provide electric mosquito repellent in all rooms which maybe you was not noticed the sigh that we provided in the room to plug in the mosquito electric. We have never got this issue from any guests complain about this . As this problem is a bit beyond our control. We sincerely apologize for this problem. We will try more to solve this problem. Ett trevligt boende mitt på Koh Lipe. Nära till allt, rent och fräscht. Trevlig personal och god mat. Servicen perfekt. Hotellet har endast 6 rum, där alla rummen har olika stilar och trevlig inredning. Här trivdes vi otroligt bra. Endast ett litet minus, att sängarna och kuddarna var för hårda. Excellent
The room is very clean and tastefully renovated. The owner is very helpful and provides a good introduction to the island. Breakfast is delicious. Location is 5 minutes to pattaya beach and 10 minutes to sunrise beach.

Best honeymoon stay for us
Arrived early from the check-in time, the owner gave us free drinks while waiting for the room. We stayed for 2 nights. Loved the interior and the deco, perfect place to take pictures of a cafe lol. The breakfast was delicious n a great way to start our long day. The staff also gave us tip on where to go and where to take pics on koh lipe, which is a great tip for us. Overall we were satisfied n we would come again soon in the near future. Good job guys!
