”The first thing we noticed was the cleanliness of the condo. The kitchen was very functional and the living area comfortable. The king sized beds were firm (but not too much) and there’s plenty of room in the closets. The walk to downtown was more than we could handle but driving to it was easy. The fire pit was ready to go, which was great for s’mores. ”

”The place is beautiful, cozy, incredibly centrally located, and absolutely great! I stayed with my mom and two young kids and we had a blast! It was clean, the back screened in porch wonderful for family game nights, and well stocked with everything that we needed. Communication and check-in were super smooth. Would stay here again anytime!”

”Beautiful home! We stayed for my best friends bachelorette and it did not disappoint! The host was super nice and helpful! Loved the hot tub since it ended up being chilly it was the perfect addition! The location is so close to downtown and everything we had planned making it easy to walk! I would definitely come and stay again!”

”Beautiful one of a kind property. The location was amazingly special. Once we got there we never left the property. The beautiful little town of Saugatuck was very close by but the house and property were so amazing we just couldn’t leave. Everything we needed was right there. The house was extremely clean and comfortable. The view was like no other. We could’ve sat on the beach all day long and watched the waves and the boats come and go. We will definitely be back for an even longer stay next...

We were a group of 13 adults and there was plenty of space for all of us. Both Brett and the property manager were attentive and available whenever we had a question or needed something. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with everything you could need! We definitely plan on visiting the Old Owl again !”
