Issue I had was that air condition is listed as included but there is no thermostat in the unit and is actually controlled by downstairs unit, leaving you at the mercy of the downstairs occupants. We had a horrendous experience on our third night which the whole unit became very hot and stuffy. Not an ideal situation with a toddler and an infant. ”The kitchen area is the largest with a smaller family room and TV with the network stations. The first-floor bedroom has a cute little toilet, sink and shower in what used to be a closet. The upstairs bedroom is very spacious with a deck you can go out on, which is nice. We didn't use the hot tub, but it looked clean. There were some cleanliness and bug issues in the house, but the property manager said they would address those. You need to like a very hard mattress if you stay here - realize...
