Avalanche Farm, lovely private tent/stream access!

It’s not every day you get to stay in a gorgeous private spot right next to a stream in the Catskills! Get the best night’s sleep with the sounds of nature in a luxurious king sized super comfy bed, w/ high quality cotton bedding, and extra blankets for those cool nights. Wake and start your coffee on the fire. Plenty of seating outside for stargazing, and very private. Most importantly you will have access to a full fabulous bathroom located in our gym a short walk from the tent site!!
The space
The tent has an open room/bedroom with a futon, wood stove, small table and chairs inside. Outside there is more seating and another table with chairs on the deck. There’s a great big fire pit to enjoy. The property is on a 30 acre farm and the Kaaaterskill stream runs through it. We have horses, chickens and one very friendly Aussie shepherd named Mojo. The tent is on a rise and looks down onto a large field and the stream. The bathroom is in the gym building, located at the top of the hill, a short walk from the tent site. It’s the building with dark brown siding. We also have a fully renovated one bedroom guesthouse on the property. It’s also listed on Airbnb, feel free to bring friends and rent both!!
Guest access
Guests can access all of the area around the tent and the gym(building at the top of the hill with dark brown siding). The only part of the property that is not accessible is the main house as well as the areas designated for the animals(horses, goats and chickens. Best to observe them from a distance:)
