”This was a great place on the lake!! We stayed for World Series with another family. The beds were super comfortable, which was huge for me:)The kids enjoyed air hockey, basketball, and the lake. So much for the kids to do, they were never bored.. that’s for sure!! I do wish the kitchen had more pans, silverware, etc but overall we had a wonderful time and made some great memories!!”

”We stayed for 9 nights in July 2025 with 4 people and 3 dogs. The home was perfect for us: clean, well-appointed, well-located close to the city, all-one-floor (one of us is handicapped), plenty of parking (even for additional visitors), and a large fenced-in yard. The beds were big and comfortable, plenty of room throughout, plenty of towels, washcloths, etc. The neighborhood is nice, we walked our dogs every day and felt very safe. ”The area was super quiet and pitch black at night. The tent was cute and perfect size. We however did not end up staying. It was super smokey, when I opened the stove to add wood even more smoke poured from it. Being from eastern Kentucky those are what we had and they shouldn't do that, so I'm thinking the pipe was getting clogged. If not for that it would have been super cozy.”

”Spacious and great for a quick night stay! We had six guests for a night and everyone was comfortable. Everything was clean. The kitchen is small, but served it's purpose for us. It is on the second floor, so guests will need to be able to walk up the wooden stairs around the back of the home.Overall if you need to find a place for a night with a great price, parking, and about a 25 minute drive from downtown, stay here!”
