Can Gat Vell consists of two fully restored 18th-century country houses facing each other: the Masía Grande, with three apartments spread across the ground and first floors, and the Masía Pequeña, with three garden-level and upper-floor townhouses.



Located in the beautiful medieval village of Llampaies, it’s perfect for enjoying a unique holiday with your group.



The grounds feature lawns, fenced swimming pools for adults and children, swings, ping-pong table, barbecue, a chicken coop with hens and rabbits, football goal, basketball hoop, games room, parking for 9 vehicles, and a stone table and bench with barbecue. Relax in various shaded corners under the mulberry trees, with garden tables and chairs.



The Masía Grande offers 3 apartments with a total of 8 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, plus a large lounge for everyone to gather. There’s also a reception, a small shop, library, and 2 restrooms. The Masía Pequeña has 3 townhouses with 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Enjoy fireplaces, garden terraces with 3 portable barbecues and 2 built-in barbecues.



The estate is 2.5 km from Camallera, where you’ll find a supermarket, restaurant, bar, and train station. The Costa Brava beaches at l’Escala or Sant Martí d’Empúries are 17 km away. Girona and the Dalí Museum in Figueres are just 20 minutes by car. Other nearby attractions include the Sant Pere de Rodes monastery, Besalú, volcanoes, and medieval villages like Peratallada or Pals.

1- As Can Gat Vell is not isolated, parties and loud music are not allowed to avoid disturbing neighbors.

2- The owners live on the property, at the end of the garden, and take care of the grounds and animals.
