On almost 2 acres with over 230 feet of Chattahoochee riverfront, this spectacular cabin is ideal for your next vacation! You will see gorgeous views of the river from the cathedral and ceiling-to-floor windows throughout this home! Spend mornings sipping coffee and maybe pulling out trout from your river deck, and then grilling it for lunch. Our property has steps leading all the way down to the river and to your private fishing deck.

Take family hikes, exploring the many waterfalls and mountains just minutes away, including Mount Yonah, just next door to our community. When you've had enough adventure, hear the river call to you, with delightful, rushing ripples, to just relax, watch, and listen to one of God's amazing creations from your balcony/sun deck.

Alpine River Escape has so many wonderful features! Maybe after playing a competitive game of corn hole, foosball, or shuffleboard, you will enjoy roasting marshmallows sitting around the fire pit listening to the call of a whippoorwill, or the rustle of a bear! On cool fall & winter evenings, gather with friends and family and pop some popcorn, play board games, or enjoy sipping on some hot chocolate, or wassail as you snuggle by the fireplace.

You may end the day around the hot tub or fire pit with magical string lights, kindling memories with friends, and know that your family has chosen "the most amazing property ever!"

The air-conditioned accommodation at this cabin offers a fireplace and cable Smart TVs. Four French doors open to river-view balconies. Accommodations are furnished with desks and dining tables. The kitchen or kitchenette offers refrigerators, stovetops, microwaves, and separate dining areas. Bathrooms include showers and hair dryers.

Guests can surf the web using complimentary high-speed wireless Internet access. Smart televisions are featured in guestrooms. Additionally, rooms include coffee/tea makers and an iron/ironing board. Housekeeping is provided on request.

House Rules:

29+ age requirement for lead guest. No exceptions.

This property is not pet-friendly. No exceptions. If any signs of pets are present a minimum $500 penalty fee will apply.

A digital rental agreement will be required to sign and complete after the property is booked, as well as a photo of your ID.

Firewood is not supplied but firewood packages are available for purchase through the office. Firewood is not allowed in a gas fireplace.

Firepit must be extinguished with water after use.

Hot tub rules are for safety – Use hot tub properly.

Tubes/kayaks not supplied.

Seasonally decorated for Christmas, including a Christmas Tree, right after Thanksgiving and taken down right after the New Year's holiday

Georgia fishing license required for fishing on the property. Licenses can be purchased online for as low as $5/day.

Fishing package available: Trout fishing in our private Blue Creek Trout pond stocked with Rainbow trout. Fishing Season: Spring March1-June 15 and Fall October - November. Each package includes Access to the trout pond and blue creek area, catch and keep 10 trout max, no catch and release, bring your own fishing equipment, Add package at checkout or by calling the office.
