”Beautiful grounds and our room was spacious, clean and inviting. Friendly staff however room got cleaned daily but towels not sufficiently replenished. Got back to hotel one night after being out all day and had no towels for a shower. Desk is not 24 hours so was a mission to get help. Restaurant food is pretty basic but the service was spot on. ”Honestly considering the reviews it wasn’t terrible for us. The room itself (we were upgraded from the eurofale to the villa for free) was pretty decent, spacious, great view with working ac and solar hot water that was fine after the sun had been up.
The rest of the property is very run down including the pool area. There was some grounds work going on weeding etc but no sign of any serious remedials that they property needs.

”Comfortable pillows and robes in the room. The flooring looks nice but it gets very slippery when the air con is turned off. It's also very cold when the air con is on so a pair of slippers would be nice. There was no conditioner in the room but it was brought when I requested it. Only two instant coffee bags were brought and that was not really enough so I bought my own instant coffee. ”Great resort option! We chose this place because it advertised nice pools and great beach front/reef to snorkel at. We got more than we bargainined for- starting with the lovely staff, very helpful and friendly- we didnt know at the tim eof booking but RTP is samoan owned and run.
