”Rooms were very clean. Staff at the Barcelo are exceptionally nice. The Royal restaurant on the 9th floor is definitely the best, especially their manger George. George is as professional as they come. Super nice, quick witted, and very particular in how he presents himself, and his dinner service is 2nd to NONE!….Nice job George. See you next year!”

”Boardwalk is a beautiful place with an incredible staff that is super-responsive to the guests. The casitas are roomy, have a kitchenette which is really handy for leftovers, etc., and a nice menu for lunch and dinner. The only downside is that it's not right on the ocean--there's a little shuttle that takes you to the beach, or you can walk there in about five minutes. Always enough palapas by the pool and by the beach!”

I had the pleasure of being helped by Santos and Peter for the majority of my trip and they were always very kind and helpful. The hotel is right around the corner from the beach which made my stay even more perfect.”
