Garden Level apartment in ideal central location. Staying in this amazing home with the off-street parking spot conveniently right out back may be the most stress-free way to enjoy Savannah. Renovated well stocked kitchen. 2 bedrooms. 1 Bathroom with combination tub/shower. Newly refinished heart of pine original hardwood flooring. Beautiful living room with dining room combo in front of apartment.

Great little place, good for my husband who has some mobility issues. We could park closely and no stairs. Used Uber a lot due to his issues but very walkable for anyone else. The unit was pleasant and met our needs well.

Great stay here - we appreciated the private parking and the central location! Bright big living room and we also appreciated having the washer and dryer. It’s on a busy street so you can hear people walking by and the fire station across the street so I’d recommend a noise machine if you are a light sleeper.

Wow! What a great place to stay in. Walking distance to everything. Fire station across the street was never a problem. Very quiet. Beds are comfortable. Very clean. Place is bigger than appears on site. Plenty of space!

The property worked out wonderfully. Great downtown historic district building close to the hop on hop off trolley. Great coffee shop around the corner, convenient to the river walk area an just overall convenient and comfortable.

Came to Savannah to visit family . First time staying in the city, we usually stay on Tybee. This rental was perfect . Nice front patio to people watch . Walking distance to shopping , attractions and dining.

The apartment was decorated lovely and it was clean! We loved the private parking. We were able to walk anywhere we wanted ! We had no problem with anything at all. Immaculate apartment and tastefully furnished. Perfect location for walking and sightseeing. The only negative aspect is that the apartment is across the street from the fire department which was quite busy and noisy. We did, however, enjoy our stay here.

This place is definitely a hidden gem! With a private parking spot for a vehicle (parking in Savannah is rough), walking distance of river street, Broughton street, and 95% of Savannah sights, it is the perfect place for a small family, or two couples. The apartment is absolutely gorgeous! We will definitely be back!

We were in Savannah to see our son who is a student at SCAD and go to the film festival. The location was perfect - parked the car on arrival and walked everywhere. The firehouse across the street was not an issue - a few times we heard sirens but not much - wasn’t loud inside the house. Very clean, had everything we needed, beds were comfortable. Would definitely choose this rental again.
