Take a short stroll to view the Christmas lights at Tennessee Street Park or enjoy the newly installed carousel. Spend the day exploring Pickwick Lake and Shiloh National Military Park, or simply relax and unwind inside, the ideal base for both adventure and rejuvenation.

Inside, the home features a newly renovated bathroom with high-end finishes, a fully stocked kitchen with a gas range, Nespresso, and nugget icemaker, and even a sofa bed with complete bedding for flexible sleeping arrangements. The primary bedroom and bunk room each include a TV, with a large TV in the living room for cozy movie nights. Enjoy comfortable showers with a tankless water heater, and step outside to unwind in the private backyard.

The home is filled with character and original charm. As with many historic cottages, there are some unlevel areas, so it may be less suitable for guests with significant mobility challenges. Still, the property is safe, clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable, blending historic charm with modern conveniences.
