Outdoor Space: This listing has a private backyard area. The backyard has a seasonal heated pool, outdoor dining area, outdoor seating area, and outdoor showers. During the cooler season, please note that the pool heater is not designed to raise the pool water above seventy degrees Fahrenheit when outside temperatures fall below that level. The hot tub will continue heating normally, but the pool water may remain cooler than expected.

Savannah is renowned for its world-class food, Southern charm, and vibrant nightlife. Located in the Thunderbolt neighborhood, our home is a short drive from both downtown and relaxing Tybee Island. Enjoy some local favorites including Tubby's Tank House for seafood by the river.
Savannah has a strictly enforced noise ordinance. Neighborhood quiet hours are 9pm - 8am. If police visit due to noise, we reserve the right to end the reservation immediately without refund. Thanks for helping to keep good relations with neighbors!
Getting Around:
Our home is located in the beautiful Thunderbolt neighborhood of Savannah. We are minutes to Savannah State University, Wright Stadium, and the Thunderbolt Marina. Uber is a convenient way to get around, and Savannah is a bike-friendly city with plenty of rental outlets downtown. We are located just a 15 min drive to the heart of Savannah's downtown, and Forsyth Park.

–We try our best to accommodate early check-ins, but we want to ensure the entirety of the spacious estate is clean and prepared for arrival. We can often accommodate early bag drop for your convenience. Please inquire if this is of interest to your group!

–We use Arlo/Hikvision and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo/Hikvision is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.

You will have complete privacy here. Every question you ask or concern you may have before or during your stay will be promptly addressed via messenger or phone.
