This property is filthy dirty not only was our room filthy. The carpet smelled like sour feet. The carpet was so soiled. The bathtub was soiled. There were biological on the handles for the dresser. The light switches. The paint was peeling. The hardware on the doors was rusted at the place, not only smelled like sour feet but it smell smelled it moldy and mild Dewey. This property is pitiful. I would never stay here again and I would never stay at another best western. I deserve my money back. The only reason why we stayed is because we had such a long journey, and we were exhausted when we checked in. Even the front office area only half the lights were on the air conditioning was broken. The front desk woman had sweat running down her forehead. They were young girls in the lobby, using foul language and the following morning when we went to leave at 6:30 AM. The police shot a man in the street with a taser gun and my 12 year-old daughter witnessed all of it. She told me she will never stay in the best Western hotel ever again, but that was this sketchyspookiest hotel she’s ever stayed in.
