The gathering room boasts a 50" Smart TV with netflix, surround sound and ability to play your favorite tunes. Off the living room through double doors, a view that overlooks the serene and relaxing courtyard - enjoy the breeze on a crisp fall day and listen to the clicking of the horse drawn carriages pass by. Just off of this space, you'll find the quaint yet fully stocked kitchen where you'll have everything needed for short, or extended stays.

Don't fret if you're a night owl, the bedrooms are on the opposite end of the apartment, away from the gathering room so you'll never be a pest for those looking to get an earlier nights rest! Each room is fitted with a plush queen size bed, with crisp white linens, wireless chargers and an ample amount of storage for your belongings. The primary suite has its own private ensuite bathroom, that feature spa like amenities where you can soak or steam as long as you desire after a long day of adventure. The second full bathroom gleams with natural light and is located just off of the hall, easy for guests to access.

Downstairs, the communal courtyard is a serene oasis where you can escape from your party, start your morning off with a cup of joe, or enjoy an afternoon read. You'll also be just steps from the most beautiful squares in Savannah, in addition to River Street, Colonial Cemetery, and Broughton Street. There are many outstanding restaurants, coffee shops and cocktail bars along East Liberty Street, so you'll never be far from something great!

Parking for this home is on-street and metered, with enforcement by the City of Savannah Monday through Saturday, 8am to 8pm. Guests may conveniently pay using the ParkSavannah app, feed the meter or parking kiosks directly, or utilize a nearby public parking garage. Pre-paid visitor parking passes are available for purchase at the Parking and Mobility Services office. Please take note of posted Sweep Zone signs when parking on the street.

We can welcome your dog companions at this pet friendly home, but ask that you find other arrangements for cats, birds, and other furry friends. There is a $130 pet fee (non-refundable) with a 35 lb. maximum weight limit and a limit of 1 dog per reservation. Some homes may allow larger dogs or up to 2 dogs, please inquire for more information.
