Enjoy the convenience of amenities like WiFi, AC, and a washing machine. Two Full bathrooms with a hairdryer and shower ensure everyone stays refreshed while also having a 1/2 Bath on first floor. We had a great stay! Note that the unit is on the second floor, so in addition to stairs inside, there are stairs to the unit. Perfect location, and the unit was very clean. The only issues (which were not really a big deal): there were no clothing rods to hang clothes in the closet, would have been nice to have an area to set luggage on, and would have been nice to have a full length mirror. I would definitely stay here again notwithstanding. The overall experience was lovely. The host was super responsive!!

We had a lovely stay. The condo was clean and very comfortable for the three of us. Exactly as advertised. The location was perfect - so pretty and great being right next to the park. Parking was safe and convenient and a definite plus since we drove up for the weekend. However, the condo was so conveniently located to everything that we don’t use our car one because we were able to walk to everything. It was wonderful. Thank you!

The location of this unit is fabulous. Walking distance from many restaurants, shopping and historic sites. The beds were comfortable and the living room was perfect for four. Very safe location and right on Forsyth park which made walking a joy in the morning.

Braxton was an excellent host. His response time to any questions we had was immediate. The condo was extremely clean and equipped with everything we could have needed. Walking distance to many sites that we chose to see.

Apartment is extremely well located (Forsyth Park right there), and just as described. Cannot praise the owner communication and reactiveness too highly. Having the parking spot a real help, even if we didn’t rent a car ourselves. With the Olympics on, we appreciated the three large screen tvs when we weren’t outdoors.

This was our 2nd stay (inside of 5 months) at this great townhouse/apt. Beds are cozy, couch is comfy, kitchen is large & stocked! Washer and dryer are so helpful when you are visiting your SCAD student and they want to bring over their laundry. You can see Forsyth Park from the front door and the back door. Very quiet. The best part is the assigned parking spot right outside! We will be staying here whenever we can while visiting our kiddo at SCAD! Oh…and Braxton is an A host!

Great space and a terrific location! The space was as described- plenty of room for our family. The location is terrific, plus you get your own parking space (not guaranteed in many Savannah rentals). We’ve gone to Savannah each year for the last four years, and I think we’ve found a place we’d all like to stay at again. Highly recommend!

Condo was perfect and the location was perfect. Allowed us to check in early because of an early flight which allowed us to begin our adventure in Savannah without a hitch! Two things of note; there is not a full length mirror or a lower mirror for short people (I’m 4’ 8”) so I had a difficult time getting ready, and we found a large (thankfully) dead palmetto bug in one of the bedrooms. We will definitely come back here to the city and this condo!!

Very comfortable apartment in a convenient location to bus for River st downtown. Parking is a huge plus!Only negative is the stairs to reach unit. The pictures shows stairs in unit. However no mention is made of the fact unit A is on the second level with two flights of stairs to go up to get into apartment. However, I would stay again.

This was our first visit to Savannah, and we stayed for five nights. When we booked this condo, we hoped we had chosen a good spot. Turns out, we selected the absolute BEST location. The condo is right across the street from beautiful Forsyth Park. It is a quiet, historic area with beautiful homes all around and gorgeous oak trees covered in Spanish moss. We spent most of our visit exploring historic Savannah on foot. Although there is free transportation, we didn’t find it necessary to use it. It is an easy, scenic walk to everywhere you want to visit in historic Savannah. The parking space provided is easy to access at all hours, and we did drive to a few historic sites (Bonaventure and Wormsloe) during our stay. The condo is spacious and clean. Kitchen had everything needed to prepare full meals (we prepared breakfast and several dinners at the condo). The condo is also very close to all the best restaurants. We recommend Collin’s Quarter in Forsyth Park for brunch/lunch and Local11Ten for dinner. We would definitely stay at this condo again and would recommend to friends and family.

Great unit with a designated parking spot (worth a lot in a town that only has “pay to park” everywhere)! Clean, cozy and just as described. Kitchen is fully stocked and the beds are very comfy. We were visiting our SCAD student and she came to stay with us for the weekend. She did laundry, we cooked a family dinner and cozied up on the couch to watch a movie. Enjoyed the quick 25 minute drive to Tybee Island for a dip in the ocean and loved being in the center of town and walking distance to everything. A great home away from home. We will certainly be staying here again! The owner, Braxton, was so nice, communicative and super helpful when we wanted to book an extra night. Highly recommend!
