Walk up-to the front porch that spans across the front of the home, which is a quintessential amenity in the south, and start your stay. Inside, you'll find that the home boasts with natural light, warm tones, and comfortable furnishings throughout. This home is truly an entertainers dream, as the open floor plan allows guests to never feel separated. The gathering room sits just off of the entrance, where everyone in your party can gather together for a movie or game night. Heading toward the kitchen, you'll find two dedicated dining spaces, both perfect for enjoying a home-cooked meal or take out! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need, including all of the modern conveniences and upgrade appliances one could ask for.

Upstairs there are three spacious bedrooms, each equipped with a smart television. The primary suite features a plush king size bed, graciously sized walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom, just across the hall, features a queen size bed and a large chest of drawers. The third bedroom is ideal for traveling singles or children, as this room features two twin size beds.

The private back porch is perfect for sipping sweet tea while watching the clouds roll by, while your family and friends hang-out in the large yard. Whether your children or pets are running around tirelessly, or you're lighting up the grill for a cook-out, you'll have plenty of space!

Head South a few blocks and find yourself immersed in Savannah's culture - a wine bar, vegan cafe, and the Forsyth Park Farmer's Market. A few minutes' walk in the other direction gets you closer to the bustling city. Take the scenic route through downtown's beautiful squares and end at the well-known River Walk - a great place to grab a beer and people watch.

There are two private garage spaces that can accommodate sedans and mid-size SUV'S. All other parking can be located on street, which is non-metered.

We can welcome your dog companions at this pet friendly home, but ask that you find other arrangements for cats, birds, and other furry friends. There is a $130 pet fee (non-refundable) with a 35 lb. maximum weight limit per dog and a limit of 2 dogs per reservation. Some homes may allow larger dogs, please inquire for more information.
