The hotel itself was fine, but the experience did not match what was advertised.
Breakfast was included in the reservation, which was one of the main reasons we chose this property. However, when we arrived before the stated closing time, there was no food available at all.
Additionally, the staff member in charge of breakfast was rude to my 10-year-old daughter, telling her in an inappropriate tone that there was no waffle batter left, even though we were still within breakfast hours. When we asked about other items like eggs, we received similar responses despite the service still being open.
If breakfast is advertised until a certain hour, it should be reasonably available to guests during that time. Otherwise, it is misleading.
This affected both of our rooms and caused inconvenience, as we had to arrange breakfast elsewhere.
Overall, the stay was acceptable, but this issue was disappointing and should be addressed.
