Tämä loistava kiinteistö sijaitsee Savannahin historiallisen ja ostosalueen sydämessä kaikilla nykyajan mukavuuksilla. Jopa 10 henkeä varten varattu Villa on Broughton koostuu päärakennuksesta ja vaunurakennuksesta, mikä tekee siitä morsiamenjuhliin vetäytymisen tai suuren perheen pakenemaan.

Sisäänkäynnin pääkerroksessa sinua odottaa pääasiallinen olohuone, joka on vieraiden kokoontumistila. Aivan sen ulkopuolella on iso ruokasali, joka on avoin keittiöön. Kaksi makuuhuonetta ja 2 poikkeuksellista vuodesohvaa päärakennuksessa voivat mukavasti nukkua jopa 8 vierasta. Vanhemmille, jotka haluavat pitää lapsensa lähellä, yksi vuodesohvista sijaitsee loft-huoneessa makuuhuoneen yläpuolella. Päällekkäin sijaitsevan eteisaulan varrella on pesula, jossa on nykyaikainen pesukone / kuivausrumpu. Makuuhuoneessa on liukuovet pienelle parvekkeelle näkymä pihalle. Jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on oma kylpyhuone ja runsaasti kaappitilaa kaikkien esineiden säilyttämiseen.

Päärakennuksen lisäksi vaunutalonstudiossa voi majoittua vielä 2 vierasta, täysikokoinen keittiö ja kylpyhuone.

Tutkimuspäivän jälkeen tule kotiin rentoutumaan cocktailin kanssa kädessä yksityisellä pihalla tai kattoterassilla. Täältä voit nauttia panoraamanäkymästä kaupunkiin ja jos olet onnekas, että varaat kuukauden ensimmäisenä perjantaina, nautit kuukausittain ilotulitteista, jotka on ampunut Savannah-joesta.

Villa on Broughton sijaitsee erittäin himoitulla naapurustolla historiallisella alueella vain muutaman minuutin päässä Broughton Street -kadun vilkkaasta päädystä ja Savannahin merkittävistä kaupoista, nähtävyyksistä ja kulinaarimaisemasta. Vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kahdesta kadusta löydät nähtävyydet City Market, Bay ja River Streets. Reunion of Seven College Friends

The house is beautiful and in a lovely area of Savannah. It is within walking distance of everything and in a great location. We were pleased with the response when we called about the AC not working. A repairman was sent out that day, and he was knowledgeable and helpful.There are some things that management/people should know. (1) In the main house there is one shower. We had five women in the main house; one shower was not enough. Your other choice is a tub bath. (2) The entryway has wood flooring that merges into steps. The steps are difficult to see. Four of the seven women fell or tripped there! One of our party is a lawyer and said the front entryway is a lawsuit waiting to happen. We would strongly recommend that the owner put some kind of tape or carpeting there so that you can easily distinguish the steps. We finally figured out a way to do that. (3) We needed more toilet paper for four bathrooms and seven women. We were swapping out toilet paper in different bathrooms just to make it! (4) More backup garbage bags are needed for wastebaskets and garbage cans. (5) The remote TV in the Carriage House does not work. (6) The 3-ring binder in the main house is soiled and sticky. The pages are difficult to read. Someone spilled something all over those pages. (6) The listing shows the rooftop, and it looks lovely; however, you have to climb a very narrow, circular set of steps that could frighten many away.

Terrific location.

We are a family of seven. Grandparents, parents, and adult (or almost adult) grandchildren. The main house accommodated the older folks and the carriage house (with an interconnecting private courtyard) provided the younger folks with their own space. Perfect arrangement for our family.Other than a couple of minor glitches at check in due to a couple of wrong codes (there were 4 codes to gain access to both houses) our stay was error-free. The folks at Lucky Savannah were friendly and helpful, even delivering a broom and dust pan, as the house had none.Our location in downtown historic Savannah was perfect for seeing much of the sights in the area.

Fall Break

This is a wonderful place to stay. We get it every fall on our break. They are so helpful if you need anything and the location is the best. We can walk to almost everything. We would highly recommend this villa and plan on staying again next fall

Perfect Savannah Spot

Nine ladies stayed here for our annual college reunion. We had the main house and the carriage house as well. It was very clean and comfortable. We relaxed and then wandered out right into the historic district for sightseeing and dining. The location is perfect- you can pop in at any time to change or drop off your shopping bags. Close to the river. We had a maintenance issue that was dealt with quickly and easily. Would highly recommend this place.

Stolen Property

Dear Lucky Savannah, We requested and were charged for an early check in which we were very grateful for. However, when we arrived, the back carriage house bed was unmade and looked like someone had been sleeping in it and the trash had not been taken out. On Friday, July 21 between the hours of 8:30pm and 1:00am, the house was broken into. The second floor balcony sliding door was open and a pillow was wedged in the door. We were VERY diligent about making sure that all doors and windows were locked when we were in the house and when we left the house. We brought a security camera as an additional safety precaution for us ladies staying in the house which was placed in the living room on the first floor. When we went to check the camera footage to see if we saw anyone, the camera was missing. We searched everywhere for it and it is missing. We immediately called the police. The officer checked the main house, patio and carriage house. On the patio, the chairs were misplaced as if someone tried to use the chair to try to climb up to the 2nd floor balcony. After searching the rest of our belongings, we found that a ring was also missing. This morning, one of the girls also found

Savanna Historical district

We arrived to this home on Thursday. We were happy to get an early check in so we could explore the city on a Segway Tour to get a lay of the area. This property is perfect for walking to just about everything. The house was perfect for us three couples with our own private rooms and baths. The furniture very comfortable in the living area. The beds all firm but comfortable all of us slept well which at 60. + is important! We loved it and would recommend it!

Beautiful home, close to everything - 5 beds but not 5 bedrooms.

We stayed at the property for two nights during a roadtrip vacation with our daughter and 2 teenage granddaughters. The townhouse is beautifully appointed and location is excellent for walking to coffee shop, restaurants and just enjoying the neighborhood. I thought the description of the property stating it had 5 beds meant 5 bedrooms, but there are only 3 bedrooms: 2 (queen and king) in the main house and 1 in the carriage house. There are 2 pullout couches. We made due with daughter and granddaughter (13) sharing one bedroom while my husband and I took another. The 17 year old took the carriage house. The pull out couches were located in a loft in the main bedroom and in the living room. We didn't want to deal with them. The courtyard patio is a great place to relax and have morning coffee. Note: The rooftop carriage house deck was only accessible by a very steep circular staricase so if you are uncomfortable with heights or have mobility issues I'd receommend passing on going up there. It was a perfect place for the 17 year old to take sunrise photos! The kitchen and dining area, adjacent to one another, are perfect for family time. I'd recommend this property if visiting Savannah, location is great.

Bachelorette trip!

We absolutely loved this location! The hosue was spacious and overall great for a larger group. We also loved the sound system in the house! Be aware that the carriage hosue is a very separate entity! Not our favorite aspect of the house because it was so far for girls to get to their things. The spiral staircase to the roof is very high up, be careful. It's beautiful for photos and would be great on a nice sunny day! Also, the 3 full bathrooms is misleading as one of them is just a bathtub, which is not conducive for a full house of women!

Highly recommend this beautiful property!

My friends and I had a wonderful experience staying at this property! It looks just as it does in photos and really exceeds expectations. The house itself is beautiful and spacious, but what was just as perfect was the central location of the house! We were able to walk to everything! I highly recommend this listing to anyone with a large party who has activities planned in the area!

Girls Trip

We came to Savannah for a long weekend and had an amazing time. The location of the house was perfect - everything was within walking distance or a quick/cheap uber. There was tons of street parking available right outside the house. The house was roomy and comfortable, clean, and exactly as described. The kitchens were well stocked with all the basics. The management company provided accurate instructions/information prior to check-in and we didn't have any issues at all during our stay :)

Bachelorette Weekend 🍑

This property was in a great location, and it was very clean. We wished that this place would have more body and kitchen towels, along with garbage bags and toilet paper/ paper towels. These are essential items that make having a weekend away much easier, and help keep the property tidy. We did email once asking for more towels and linens and those arrived in a timely manner which we appreciated. I also think it is important to note that the main house only has one shower. Other than that, I would stay at this property again, and I would recommend it to whomever is visiting Savannah!

Walkable clean house great for groups

So many fun spots to hang out in the house and outside. Super clean and comfortable. You can walk to all the hot spots, but it's super quiet since it's a few blocks down from the main stretch of Broughton.
