The pool was not warm enough to use and, we even explained this to management. This was a huge disappointment to our kids. The WIFI WAS HORRIBLE!! I honestly don’t think I’ve stayed in a home with the WIFI this bad before. The TVs barely worked bc of the poor WIFI. I wouldn’t recommend this home unless these things are fully addressed.

The house was absolutely beautiful. It was in a great location. It accommodated my party of 12 for my 50th birthday. One of the rooms was a little warmer than the rest of the house. They didn’t have a working coffee pot but then they brought us one two days later. They did accommodate us by letting us check in early and checking out late for the Miner misunderstandings. Overall, I would stay there again.

This house was AMAZING! Plenty of room for our group of 13, was very clean, and included all of the necessary amenities. It’s also in a very convenient location in historic Savannah. We were able to walk to all of our dinner reservations and tours. The pool was also a huge hit! Our kids loved having the pool right in the backyard! We all agreed that we would stay here again!

Really good visit for a larger group! Great down town access, clean, good property owners. Would have loved one or two extra bathrooms as we were in town for a wedding, but with historic housing that's hard!

Mother Daughter Birthday Weekend

12 of us traveled down from the Northeast for a first time visit to Savannah. The house was perfect for large group of women, most had their own bed and plenty of personal space. The kitchen was equipped well enough for us to prepare meals. The house was centrally located we could walk to most places. The pool was an added bonus. Most agreed the house was one of the best places they have stayed in this far.

This is a beautiful property! For 11 women in our age range there were a bit too many stairs. With no bathroom on the main level it was difficult. The neighborhood is close to many things and two car parking was helpful. The management company was quick to respond to our minor needs.

Repeat booking, excellent location, great communication with rental agency. We love the pool but unfortunately it never got up to the spa temperature. Pool maintenance was called and we thought it was fixed but heater kept cutting off after a few seconds. Besides that we love this house and would definitely stay here again. Beautifully decorated,

Awesome Girls Trip

The house has been completely remodeled and it looks great. The bathrooms and kitchen were very clean and great water pressure. The washer did not work upstairs. You will need to have that looked at. The wooden railing on the front steps is not very sturdy. They could be replaced. Everything was great! We would definintely stay there again. Thanks.

Great place to ring in the New Year! Perfect location to walk to the waterfront (about 15m), the pool was heated, and kids enjoyed the sleepover in the 3rd floor bunkbed room.

This is a huge beautifully decorated home. The floor to ceiling windows are amazing as well as the exquisite decor. The beds are very comfortable and the pool is fantastic. Great place for a family get together.

Great property for bachelorette party

We were a group of 8 visiting Savannah to celebrate a bachelorette party. We were very excited to be staying in a property on the most beautiful street in America and it did not disappoint! The property and surrounding neighborhood is beautiful, historic and very well kept. The pool inside the property was surprisingly bigger than it appears in pictures and our group really enjoyed it. There were three minor downsides to the property that we experienced. The back entrance to the property (which is the only way you can enter the property) is somewhat difficult to open - better instructions would’ve been helpful. There was a very foul smell of sewage that would travel from the dishwasher up to the laundry room upstairs that we requested maintenance on. We also requested maintenance on the stove which had a constant clicking sound when ignited which made us apprehensive to use it. To my knowledge, maintenance never arrived to the property. The property costs far too much for these issues to not be taken care of swiftly. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property and absolutely loved Savannah!

Birthday weekend rental.

This house is very cute. The location is excellent and it is very cozy. The beds are comfortable. The small soaking pool in the back is extremely nice and perfect for a group staying in the house. The pool was used everyday of the rental. The kitchen is only very basically stocked. A very minimum of bathroom products such as soaps are provided. The primary bedroom does not have a king bed. Overall, given the space, style of house, swimming pool and location, I would rate this house just over 4 stars.

I would not use this group again.

First, I set up my reservation months before my daughters wedding. 1.5 weeks prior to the event I was informed it would not be available. I was offered a replacement that had one less bedroom. I took it as I had already informed caterers and the bridal party of where they were expected to be for hair and makeup and wanted to be able to get the change out quickly. I ended up paying for another VRBO to accommodate our other guests. We arrived and all appeared fine. I paid for a 12 pm checkin, but by 3 we noticed the air was not working. I called and a work order was made to repair ASAP. The repairman arrived at 5 and after several hours explained the system was frozen and they would have to fix it the following day. He would get us tower coolers for that night. By 8:30 no tower coolers were delivered. I called and was informed his order went in after hours, they had no tower coolers in inventory ( Savannah in May). But we’re sending someone to go get some. 9:30 the person arrived with 3 fans. Nothing to cool the house. Mygrand children slept on the first floor in the living room with 2 fans( an infant, a toddler and a 10 year old). I called that morning to explain in a a serious manner that I had people coming for the wedding for hair and makeup and a caterer for food, and we could not change the location again. I received a text telling me under the terms of my contract I was not to have any events there and not to exceed the number of guests staying there. I was outraged that this was the response, but sent back that we were allowed 16 overnight and I had 13, and unless they considered 10 for hair and makeup an event we were ok. No response came back. That day the AC maintenance was there by 9 and we were fixed by 10:30. My bedroom door and closet door did not shut. The master shower door did not shut. The bathroom light was an exposed bulb with no globe. The refrigerator made a constant humming noise. The pool was painted black which made it look dirty, and the surrounding area was covered with leaves and sand. The copper fountain that was to provide airflow to the pool as well as the filtration system did not work. We had one towel per person for a 5 day stay. One kitchen towel. The neighborhood was across the street from what I would call a combat zone. On 2 separate nights we had “ drink , drink, drink…” until 2 in the morning.

They cancelled this on us a week and a half before arrival.

First of all, we paid for this place a year ago in full. A week and a half before we were flying in we were told the property was no longer available due to maintenance issues. We were told of another place with less bedrooms and no pool which we took. It was clean and the location was good. One morning we woke up to smoke alarms going off but no smoke. They came to check it out when we were out and when we got back at 3:30 we were like out. Luckily they responded quickly to let us in.

Savannah Victorian District Stay

We really enjoyed staying in this beautiful home. We were lucky enough to have great weather, so we were able to walk to wherever we needed to. It was about a 5 min walk to Forsyth Park and about 15 to the river. The map on the VRBO listing shows it is just 2 blocks from Forsyth Park, but it's actually on the corner of W. Jones and Tattnall, which puts it conveniently closer to the River. The neighborhood was great and we felt safe. Even though there was a picture of a pool and the description clearly says there is a private pool, we were pleasantly surprised to see a pool on-premise. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. And we loved having a full dining room table. Having TVs in all the rooms was great also. We would stay here again.
