✔ PETS - We are pet friendly, but please no cats. Please ensure your pet does not cause damage to the unit. There is a $100 pet fee if you decide to bring your pet along. We will request the pet fee directly through the booking platform the day you arrive, or you can select the pet fee when booking the home.

✔ POTENTIAL FOR NOISE - This private, 1st floor apartment is 1 of 2 units in a 2-story duplex home. This is a 100+ year-old house, built in 1910, and the walls are thin and not soundproof. It is possible that you may hear other guests at some point during your stay. If you are sensitive to noise, we highly suggest packing earplugs or utilizing a white noise app.
