Large Condo In Prime Downtown Location w/ Balcony by Lucky Savannah

You’ll enjoy a secured entry during your stay at this luxury condo in the heart of the Hostess City of the South. Located one block south of Broughton Street, this newly renovated property has five bedrooms and three full baths, and can comfortably accommodate up to eleven Lucky guests.

This condo offers a secured entrance into the buildings lobby, with a shared elevator for ease of access to your unit! This condo boasts with natural light, and features a spacious living, kitchen and dining area creating an open living environment. This space features a wall-mounted smart TV, and an ample amount of seating provides guests with plenty of space for everyone to be together! Just off of primary suite, you can enjoy your balcony overlooking Whitaker and York Street.

The five spacious bedrooms have wall-mounted, Smart TV's and plenty of closet space, so you can unpack and settle in during your stay. There are two full bathrooms ensuite the double Twin bedrooms just off of the hallway, the first with a shower tub combo and the second with a walk in shower. The 3rd bathroom is between the King primary bedroom, and the twin bedroom, with a walk in shower. This bathroom also has a 2nd door so it can be accessed from the hallway as well as the bedroom.

You’ll be steps away from the city’s most sought after attractions – bustling River Street, Broughton Street shopping, Telfair Museum, Lucas Theater, the Cathedral, Forsyth Park and more – are all within easy walking distance.

What is parking like for this home?
Parking for this home is on-street and metered, with enforcement by the City of Savannah Monday through Saturday, 8am to 8pm. Guests may conveniently pay using the ParkSavannah app, feed the meter or parking kiosks directly, or utilize a nearby public parking garage. Pre-paid visitor parking passes are available for purchase at the Parking and Mobility Services office. Please take note of posted Sweep Zone signs when parking on the street.

Fantastic

Was absolutely perfect location and had everything we needed! Condo was extremely clean and had great space for people to relax and get comfortable. The balconies were so nice to have in the mornings to sit out with coffee and enjoy the day. Would absolutely recommend!

Large apartment in the perfecf location

My 50th birthday was on st. Patrick’s day. A big group of us large men stayed here to celebrate! It fit us all and was such an easy walk to all the fun bars in town!

Great property!

We were a female group of 2 teachers and 8 students. This property had enough bathrooms and beds to accommodate us. The location was perfect for us with easy parking one street over and within walking distance to many things.

Girls trip

The property was as pictured and the location was perfect for our group of 7 women as it is within easy walking distance to restaurants, city market and broughton street attractions. We did not have a vehicle and the unit was also close to your bus stops making it easy for us to navigate around Savannah. Wrights Bistro was right by our unit and turned out to be one of our favorite lunch spots. They have a great variety of sandwich’s, salads and desserts.

the place was as advertised, I felt that knowing there were 8 women staying that should have provided more than 2 towels each for 5 day stay. Also they left one trash bag, called and they delivered 3 more not enough for 120 meals !!! I personally resented having to take out the trash on our leaving, the should be housekeeping job not paying customers.

The amenities were as advertised, we had plenty of beds and bathrooms, but they need some upgrades. The dishwasher was broken and was very hard to close. The two front bathrooms had great water pressure but the back bathroom was barely a trickle. One of the curtain rods fell down while we were gone one day that we had to put back up. The two bedrooms with windows had shades on them but the shades didn’t block any light and unfortunately there’s an office building directly across from the windows and the lights are on 24/7 in the office building. It was a bit harder to sleep in those bedrooms, especially with the bright light in the morning. The other 3 bedrooms were very dark, so they were great to sleep in. There’s an elevator and stairs so the access was easy. The condo was clean and had plenty of outlets, but many of the outlets were controlled by the light switch that controlled the overhead lights so you couldn’t use the outlets at night.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We used this rental for a family gathering. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms available. Each room with 2 twin beds had their own bathroom and the other 3 bedrooms shared a bathroom. Only 2 of the bedrooms have windows the main bedroom and the room with 1 twin bed. The other bedrooms are interior rooms. We had 7 adults in our group but the dining room table only seated 6. The kitchen was well equipped. The rental was clean and there was no problem with outside noise at night. We had to call maintenance to replace 2 lightbulbs in the dining room and the living room light & fan did not work during our stay. The location was easy walking distance to the downtown area and restaurants. We felt very safe walking around the area. Parking was convenient in the State St. parking garage a couple blocks away. There was no street parking available. There was a Kroger located about 1 1/2 miles away if you want to stock the kitchen with food or beverages. We would definitely stay in this rental again.

Disappointed - not conducive for young children

1. Food left in the refrigerator from the prior guest 2. The water dispenser in the refrigerator had mold in the "tube". 3. The communal area was quite small. 4. The dishwasher would not close you had to practically slam it to get it to shut. The door hung low so you had to be careful not to have the bottom rack roll on the floor. 5. Broom provided was broken in two pieces and useless, so had to improvise to sweep floors. 6. When you have children under 2 there is no convenient parking to unload. Parking in general an issue. 7. The shade in the master bedroom did not block out enough light and the room. I think this place would be GREAT for a girl's weekend, guy's weekend, bachelor or bachelorette party. I would recommend this place for that type of event, but not one if you are using this as a "home base" to attend events around the Savannah area that is not within walking distance. (i.e. Golf outing, family reunion on the Island, etc.). Not for young children. Noise was not a problem. Check-in / check out and instructions were GREAT!

Great location!!

Couldn’t have asked for a better location! The condo had some issues. Layout was not great as 3 rooms shared one bathroom w one pedestal sink. We had problems w the TV remotes. They need to be labeled and in their correct rooms. Never did figure them out! The ice maker didn’t work from the refrigerator door and the coffeemaker over flowed and never worked properly after several tries. Ended up walking out for coffee. There were bare minimums on household essentials. One small roll of paper towels, no Kleenex anywhere, no basic spices like salt and pepper. Didn’t realize we needed to bring all of that. The porch furniture was missing cushions and the cushions that were there were dirty and moldy. No dressers or luggage racks. We worked out of suitcases on the floor. The dishwasher wouldn’t stay closed and one cupboard door was off its hinge. There were cords hanging from the tv’s and dangling from the wall. I’m sad to write all this but for the price it was a huge disappointment. We wouldn’t stay here again!! This property needs some updating and some repairs.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this unit was fantastic!! Although parking....there is none. You have to find on the street parking which could be blocks away depending on the time you are there. I want to mention the unit was nice, modern, and space for a lot of people. However, the master bedroom has NO bathroom. You have to use the hall bath that 2 other bedrooms share.Not great water pressure in showers. There is a closet.But no drawers or shelves. No washer dryer, there are connections, but no appliances. The walls are thin, so you may hear your neighbors. The hallways in the common areas have no air circulation. They are hot and have some mixing of smells. Not desirable. The AC works great! If you are just looking for location, this is great. I could see this as more of a GUYS trip place. The gals need more bathroom amenities. Only pedestal sinks. It's not a bad place, just make sure you look at the amenities. LOCATION was awesome. Management was quick to answer and help. Also ask for all the door codes before arriving. There are different ones for side entry, unit door, and rooftop.

Great location, but not fully handicap accessible.

Modern accomodations in the heart of the historic district. Be warned it is not fully handicap accessible though, as there is a step up to the building entrance, and the entrance approach is not accessible either due to a large column partially blocking the key pad. Luckily these were not deal-breakers, as my husband uses a walker, and can navigate a single step, but others may not be so lucky. The rooptop access is also not handicap accessible, as the elevator doesn’t go that far. Stairs are the only way up to the roof. That said, this is one of the few rentals with an elevator in the historic district, and all on one floor as well. Also one of the few rentals to have a large sofa, not just club chairs, and a traditional dining set, not just a tiny table with backless stools. Since this was a family reunion of sorts, it was nice to have space for everyone to gather comfotably. Lots of space for the 5 adults in our party. Plenty of natural light from the wrap around balcony. Road traffic below was noisy though. We kept the windows closed and the noise was still quite loud. Kitchen had what we needed. No washer/dryer, although there appeared to be a hookup in one of the closets. Management was available and responsive to questions and requests. My only complaint was that the door code was never sent to me as promised. I had to contact them to get it. Overall, a nice place. I would stay there again.

The unit highlights were plenty of beds. The cons were that it was not cleaned properly. There was grease over the cabinets on top of the stove and tape left on the cabinets from a prior guest that must have hung something. The place needs painting and above the mirror lots of paint was missing. My guess is that it was also used to hang things from prior renters. Also the coffee table finish was coming off all over the top and edges. The rooms were very neat and clean. They left a used towel In The shower in one bath room and none of us used that room. In addition some of the curtains were hung inside out and the poles were missing end tabs. So closing them by hand took some care as they could fall off. Cigarette butts were left in the balcony off main living room at the base on the sliding doors. Also the kitchen needed supplies. We had no mixer and items were scarce. The iron turned on and off and only one half of the toaster worked. We were disappointed. We would like to be reimbursed for cleaning and also have the expectation was not met.

Great for walking everywhere!2. It was clean when we arrived. floors easily got dirty and had plenty of towels for us to use.3. Lucky Savannah was great to work with.Couple negatives:1. Was a bit loud... there’s construction in the building next door that started really early.2. Water flow out of fridge was SUPER slow.3. This may sound silly, but the location of the tv was facing the sliders, and there was SO much glare you could barely see the tv. (We stayed during Olympics which we love to watch)4. Even though it was clean when we arrived, the floors got really dirty right away... we wished there was a broom or vacuum to be able to use during our stay.

Christmas Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We Have used Lucky Savannah several times and always been super satisfied with their properties, however this property was a disappointment. The property was not as clean as expected. Leftover food in oven drawer, Balcony furniture was super dirty . Large Windows were very dirty . Dishwasher door broken. Ad stated T.V. In every bedroom ,however only 2 bedrooms had a T.V. Very noisy through the walls from other condo . For a positive, the location was great .
