    Pääkerroksen ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on yksi portaita, puutarhahuonan yläpuolella. Tulet sisään labi, jossa voit kävellä suoraan takaisin keittiölle, mennä yläkertaan tai tulla olohuoneeseen. Kaksi suurta huonetta yhdistetty, asuintilaa on runsaasti mukavia istuimia ja suuri kokoelma kirjoja. Lattiasta kattoon ulottuvat ikkunat täyttävät tilan valolla ja muistuttavat päiviä, jolloin Savannahien verotettiin siihen kuinka monta ovet heidän kotiinsa olivat. Virallinen ruokasali on istumapaikat kuudelle, lisäpöydällä ja tuoleilla syödä-keittiössä, jossa on lisäksi oleskelualue ja TV. Kaksi kaksi uunia ja kaksi liesi topit, tämä koti on täydellinen perheen loma getaway!

    Ensimmäisessä neljän makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode, sohva ja ranskalaiset ovet yksityiselle kannelle, josta on näkymät sisäpihalle. Kahdella kaapilla on runsaasti tilaa purkaa ja asettua sisään. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on queen-size-vuode ja oma kylpyamme, jossa on erillinen kylpyamme. Kolmannessa kerroksessa on kaksi viimeistä makuuhuonetta. Nämä yhdistetyt makuuhuoneet sopivat lapsille! Tärkeimmistä huoneista on queen-size-vuode ja kirjoituspöytä, ja viereisessä huoneessa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta.

    Puutarhan tason huoneistossa on paljon mukavaa istumapaikkaa den. Nauti hieman "minä aikaa" käpertyneenä sohvalla yhdellä toimitetuista kirjoista. Viereisessä olohuoneessa on enemmän istuimia ja suuri taulutelevisio. Suuri saari työtaso, joka kaksinkertaistuu aamiaisbaarina, avaa ja yhdistää olohuoneen keittiöntyyliseen keittiöön. Keurig on tarjolla, joten voit nauttia kuppi kahvia suunniteltaessa seikkailua joka päivä. Kun on aika päästä suljettuihin silmiin, viihtyvät viihtyisässä queen-size-vuoteessa. Makuuhuoneessa on runsaasti säilytystilaa pidempään oleskeluun, joten purkaa ja rentoudu omalla, suljetulla kuistilla.

    Aloita etsintäpäiväsi Clary's Cafessa, jossa on useita aamiaisnäkymiä Midnightissa Hyvän ja Pahan puutarhassa. Cohen House on lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä St. John the Baptist, joka oli kunnostettu merkittävästi säilyttämään kauniit lasimaikkansa ja arkkitehtonisen koskemattomuutensa. Muutama korttelin päässä Bull Streetin ja Libertyn kulmasta löytyy paikallisia kauppoja, joissa on kaikki käsintehtyjä käsilaukkuja ja nahkatavaroita Satchelissa, Celtic-risteyksissä Saints & Shamrocksissa.

Beautiful Stay

The place was beautiful, we stayed for two nights for my wife's birthday, and brought the family down. It slept everyone comfortably, and was very well kept. The historic charm you get while staying there is fantastic!

Host was great. However the house needs a deep cleaning and some updated furniture not enough towels for a 5 night stay 1 for each person. The garden apartment was not usable due to dampness and musty smell however they did refund the money for that area.lots of stairs location was great. Kitchen needs updated. Probably wouldn’t stay there again.

This house is well maintained and appointed. The location couldn't be better. The value for what you're getting is tremendous. It was exactly what we needed for the weekend.

Beautiful home in beautiful neighborhood

We came to Savannah for a black tie wedding. 5 of us stayed in the house. All of us are senior citizens. Lovely home with all kinds of amenities. Jones Street is just beautiful. Very short walk to the Crystal Beer Parlor which had delicious food and ice cold beer. Lots of stairs so just be aware of that!

Great place to stay!

Had my wife’s 30th here and we loved it. AC did give us a little bit of trouble but the management team had someone out to sort it. Do you believe in ghosts? Well, there may or may not be some hanging around. Maybe we misplaced some stuff or maybe it was ghostly! Not sure. Great place to stay regardless! Great management company.

Great place except for the bugs.

We booked this for a birthday celebration. The main house and the garden apartment in the basement or carriage house as in the description which is in the basement. There were 8 of us. Upon waking up on Saturday the people downstairs in the basement partner found bugs in their bed. We sent a text and called Lucky Savannah. They came out in the afternoon and found a caterpillar in one of the beds. We took a picture of the bug in the bed and sent it to the company. There is lots of space and the bedrooms are large. Property cleanliness and appliances

The property location was great. The kitchen appliances were awful. They are all very old. The refridgerator water and ice maker did not work. The stove top did work. The dishwasher door was broken. The master bathroom rugs were dirty.

Beautiful and convenient location!

The great part first, a large home with room for a large family or group, yay! A beautiful quaint brick street lined with amazing and lush plantings. The not so good, this house needs work, to save time I will list a few things, furniture in kitchen area has feathers poking out, very uncomfortable, home has mold spots and peeling paint in several places. The kitchen and bathrooms all need an update, and just 1 key for a home this size, not super convenient. This historic home is in need of maintenance and repair. Despite this would stay again due to location, but the pictures are much nicer than the actual home.

Savannah in the snow

Family visiting a SCAD student, unfortunately we chose the one week there was cold and snow. I understand this is unusual for Savannah, but I felt like at least the steps to the house could have been shoveled off. My 75 year old mother having to navigate snowy icy steps is not great. The house itself was also pretty drafty and smelled musty. We had to buy a candle. I understand the charm of an old house and being in a great location made it all worthwhile, but I do think updates are needed in the house in general- old fixtures, scratched and dented furniture, holes in the wall and broken curtains in the master bedroom, wood broken from the trim, etc. I personally would not stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful home with plenty of room to sit and chat with friends. In the most beautiful street in Savannah. Close to Forsyth Park and not too far of a walk to downtown fun. Don’t plan on cooking - the kitchen and appliances are a bit outdated, but it is fitted with things you need for simple breakfast for sure. I was so excited for our stay until we read the guest book, filled with ghost encounters. We had a few odd things happen that could be explained away easily, but I was scared every night that my toes would be tugged. Overall a very lovely place to stay. We had no heat the first night, but we messaged and they took care of it the next day, relighting the pilot.We did need a place to keep luggage until our flight and the LS office kindly offered a spot in their office about 4 blocks away.

Savannah Celebration

Eleven of us in our family traveled to Savannah to celebrate an 80th birthday and a high school graduation. The location of this home is unbeatable. It's on beautiful Jones Street, right near the Crystal Beer Parlor (a long-time favorite), walking distance to Forsyth, Mrs. Wilkes, and so much more. It is an old, historic home so does have some kinks for anyone expecting a fully modern experience. The downstairs garden apartment was a bit musty, as other reviewers had noted, but it was also raining a lot when we were there. It aired out pretty well and is a great option for those who don't want to walk stairs. The upstairs AC wasn't cooling and we notified the property managers of that and a few other minor issues throughout the trip (the front door wouldn't close/lock due to a screw poking out, the 3rd floor toilet would only flush manually). But it was still well-equipped and we were delighted overall. The property managers were fantastic! They immediately responded to our concerns and sent someone out right away to fix the issues -- even a minor issue with one of the TVs. I also really enjoyed the people at the agency who helped me. They gave great recommendations and were very friendly. We would definitely stay here again and had a wonderful time on our visit.

Beautiful old historic home on Jones St, which many consider one of the nicest/most beautiful streets in Savannah - it lives up tot the hype with brick roads and oak trees with Spanish moss overhanging and shading the street. House itself is beautiful and has great character - charming and with beautiful old floors and doors. Its location is unmatched being only a 10-15 minute walk to some of the more commercial areas of Savannah's historic district, but then being far away enough that its quiet and calm by where you stay. Beautiful courtyard in the back, with so many great sitting areas outdoors and inside the home. Only negatives are: some of the appliances are a bit old so a couple burners didn't work, and the dishwasher left a bad smell when opened - feels like it needs to be cleaned or updated. Everything else in the house was clean when arriving. Not necessarily a negative but more of an FYI - Lucky Savannah doesn't provide much except a couple of basic things for the home - one paper towel roll, a couple trash bags, a bit of toiletries, and some basic kitchen stuff. You will need to bring additional paper towels, trashbags, and definitely coffee filters if you stay and plan to have coffee at the house. We also ended up having to buy dish detergent as there was none provided in the kitchen upstairs but upon checking out, they did provide it in the basement apartment. Lucky Savannah was a great company to work with - super communicative and transparent, easy to work with, and they make checking in/check out and all house information simple with an easy-to-use app. They do provide the most important items for a stay. I would definitely recommend the house for anyone visiting or staying in Savannah. You can't get a better area to stay or a more local feel to living in the downtown area.

Gorgeous Ghosty House

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful home with plenty of room to sit and chat with friends. In the most beautiful street in Savannah. Close to Forsyth Park and not too far of a walk to downtown fun. Don’t plan on cooking - the kitchen and appliances are a bit outdated, but it is fitted with things you need for simple breakfast for sure. I was so excited for our stay until we read the guest book, filled with ghost encounters. We had a few odd things happen that could be explained away easily, but I was scared every night that my toes would be tugged. Overall a very lovely place to stay. We had no heat the first night, but we messaged and they took care of it the next day, relighting the pilot.We did need a place to keep luggage until our flight and the LS office kindly offered a spot in their office about 4 blocks away.

Location was excellent t and was quiet. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Safe area and not a lot of traffic is a plus. Can walk to Forsyth and to town from the house.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is in a great location and the beds/sheets are good. There is plenty of room in the main house for up to 8 people. The garden apartment below was dark and musty, none of us would stay in there. The house unfortunately is in dire need of a deep clean, repair and maintenance. I would not recommend until all of that is completed. The website pictures are not accurate in some cases.

Great location, plenty of room but not as nice as we would have liked.

The location was perfect. The pictures of the property makes this place look nicer than it really is. The TVs were all old and out of date. Not all bedrooms had TVs. The upstairs bathroom tub was clogged up and didn’t drain properly and it leaked down into the master bedroom on the second floor. The coffee pot had a short in the plug and finally just quit on second morning as did the microwave. The company (Lucky Savannah) was quick to respond and end us a new microwave and coffee maker. The outside courtyard was grown up and the bushes were blocking a lot of the sitting areas and the mosquitoes were bad in and around the bushes. Beds were nice and comfortable and it was a large house , plenty of room for 10 people. Overall I would give the Cohen house a 3 out of 5.
