Old farmhouse completely refurbished with taste, it can accommodate 8 people and offers an ideal setting for a stay under the sign of relaxation and conviviality.
Set back from the street, at the end of a pleasant enclosed plot, the house benefits from a quiet environment in the heart of the village.
You will discover on the first floor a spacious, bright and warm living room, comprising: an integrated, functional and fully equipped kitchen, a cosy living room with sofas, television area (Smart TV), a wood stove providing a warm atmosphere (wood at will for the stove).
The living room opens directly onto the garden, ideal for enjoying sunny days.
Still on the first floor: a double bedroom with a 160 × 200 bed, a bathroom with washing machine, a separate toilet, an office area in the corridor leading to these rooms.

The staircase leads to the first floor composed of two beautiful bedrooms "garden side", nicely decorated, of about 18 m² each, each equipped with a 180 × 200 bed (separable into 2 beds 90 × 200) and a third bed 90 × 200, a shower room with WC, a bathroom; a corridor leading to all the rooms.
The cellar is set up as a convivial space to offer you moments of conviviality with family or friends.
Enclosed land of 800 m2 to enjoy the sunny days with deckchair and outdoor games.
Awning to park 2 vehicles, spaces in the driveway for other vehicles. Possibility to park your motorcycles/bicycles in the adjoining lockable barn (on request)

Beds are 80 or 90 X 200 - so they can be twinned in 160 or 180 X 200 (1 twin double bed maximum per room)
