”Very nice overall experiences, every detail is well thought of. Excellent breakfast especially their home made jam and yogurt. Limited dining options but we tried two restaurants nearby and they both exceed our expectations. Remember to reserve tables as they can go quickly especially during school holidays. ”Lovely place, and very nice owners. Great rooms and beds. The pool was fun, and the hot tub very nice. And the breakfast was fantastic. The only thing to be aware of is that if you don't have a car it's hard to get to (taxis are hard to come by in Amboise), and a decent walk from downtown Amboise.”

”We had a wonderful week. Maria and her husband are fantastic hosts. Throughout the week they checked everything was alright and asked if we needed anything. The breakfasts that Maria delivered every day were fabulous, plentiful and freshly prepared. We had freshly prepared tarts, fruit, homemade jams etc. The house is perfect for two, set in beautiful gardens, with the use of a small swimming pool.We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if we visited the same area in the future. ”

”Excellent welcome. We arrived at the gate and we're greeted in a very friendly professional manner. We were welcomed into the lovely courtyard with a smile and guided professionally through the check in process. Our french is not very good and their english was excellent so it made us feel at ease. We were shown around the property and guided to our accommodation plus very helpfully booked in for a session in the Spa in the cave which is wonderful. We were also provided with much helpful...
